The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was excellent

Bathroom mirror light was not bright enough. There was minimal places to put our clothing in the room and for our toiletries in the bathroom. The room was too warm with no way to cool it down.

Sehr sauber und super qualitative Ausstattung

Schönes Standard Zimmer. Gute Auswahl zum Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Die Matratze war bequem, aber so weich, dass wir beide nachts über die Kante aus dem Bett gefallen sind (Nein, nicht zusammen - jeder für sich).

Tolle Lage direkt am See, mit schöner Terrasse für das leckere Abendessen. Bequeme Betten.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer defekt, deshalb ein stark überhitztes Zimmer. Fensterlüftung wegen fehlendem Moskitoschutz keine Alternative. Wasserablauf in der Dusche defekt, Dusche läuft voll und das Wasser steht noch immer, wenn die zweite Person duschen möchte. Kein Schrank und kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im "Superior" Zimmer. Keine Kofferablage.

The nauseous smell of sewage in the room. The jacuzzi was out of service We changed room 3 times. First time because they gave us a garden view instead of river view as chosen beforehand. Second time because the faucet in the bathroom was broken. The staff rectified this promptly and politely.

Perfect location, right on the Lake.

Breakfast menu could be adjusted. Potatao and chicken should be introduced in the menu. Wedges, Mashed potato etc would help.

lack of equipments in the apartment, poor shower curtain, uncomfortable bed, wellness/fitness only opens at 8:00

Modern hotel with awesome facilities and great service for a very reasonable price.

A very minor comment, which did not interfere with our stay, is that the balcony was not cleaned as it was covered in freshly cut grass and many spider webs in the chairs.

Breakfast/ room was a disappointment.No bread ar 09am,other breakfast table not cleanen up,milk only in tetrapacks,eggs icecold. EVERYTHING AT OUR STAY WAS GOOD,BUT BREAKFAST DESTROYED A LOT !!

Road to hotel could be better labelled. Service at dinner was not good. It took 90 minutes for the food to come

Cozy saunas, open until 23:00. Nice rooms, big enough, great shower, quiet, friendly personnel. Coffe machine in the room.

Restaurant messed up dinner orders, service was stressed, breakfast buffet was not restocked - but people served things when asked. Water in Sauna was not restocked in 24h, apparently nobody checks/cleans once a day. Cleaning crew left the door open to our room. Ceiling panel was missing in bathroom. BUT: Still had a great vacation there, it's easy to live with these problems.

the location of the hotel is very good

It seems that it was created and then forgotten. Its a very modern building but not well maintained. Our room had a hole in the wall and the faucet was broken. you don’t expect this in a 4 stars hotel. The jacuzzi in spa was broken, and the Gym could have more equipment for a hotel in this category. The restaurant we had dinner, expensive dishes and we had to wait in total 45 minutes to be serve with the first starter…
