Die Fenster und Schiebetürenverriegelungen müssen alle mal erneuert werden es sieht so aus als hätte Mann mit Gewalt versucht reinzukommen die Abflüsse rochen sehr stark nach Fäkalien die Duschabläufe sollten mal gereinigt werden ein Spiegel ist im ist leicht beschädigt

The smell of the bath rooms was quite bad. There was a clearl smell from the sewer, which was not favourable and rather disgusting. The maintenance guy tried to solve it with green soap, but finally it was solved for 1 day only. Furthermore, the beds were extremely hard, like a wooden plank. Apart from the above, the property was wonderful. We loved the outside living and the kids enjoyed the pool to a large extend. Finally and important to mention, the contract with the owner was really good. They assisted me every time and that was great to experience.

massive 7 bed villa a short distance from local shops and a 10-15 min walk to the old town. stunning villa, great setting and the pool! wow! ticked all the boxes for our golf weekend.

bins! need to have a euro bin outside the property as the street bin was too far away.

it’s a beautiful new property but a lot of snagging

we got told we had to empty the bins and text out empty bin bags and carry them half a mile down the road to a public bin! which when there is 16 people that’s alot of rubbish, and not feasible!

fantastic facilities although some parts are unfinished. The dishwasher needed screwing in. In a great location and a quiet and private areas.

some aspects were unfinished and the downstairs rooms were not suitable for people with mobility issues. some of the grounds were unfinished

The Eden CIP villa is simply stunning, we went as a party of 10 men all celebrating 40th Birthdays and it is a truly special place to stay. It’s well furnished, has nice quality furniture & bathrooms, every room ensuite with red hot power showers, and the wifi is brilliant. It would be just as great for a party of couples.

tiny factors really: -you have to supply your own toilet paper, but I guess it is self catering. -the bins are a bit of a walk, but if you had a hire car or weren’t going through 60 bottles of Sagres a day that wouldn’t be an issue! -outer grounds aren’t finished yet, clearly a work in progress and didn’t bother us.
