really clean and perfect for our group of five friends.
as we didn’t have a car with us it was quite a walk into hereford, but it was good to have bus stops close by.

nothing really. just instructions recycling rubbish was missing so all went in the bin which felt weirdly wrong

We would have liked more mugs - only 5 in a 10 bed house. We were 5, but had 2 visitors one evening, so could not all have a hot drink. Also a bread knife.

plenty of room for a family, very clean and well equipped
property was freezing cold when we arrived and took some time to warm up. unfortunate when you have a six month baby in the party

Photos are accurate. It's a modern house on a housing estate on the edge of Hereford. Lots to do in the area including many National Trust places if you like that sort of thing. Hereford itself is a pleasant place to visit. We enjoyed the pool table in the house. House was a comfortable temperature and the WiFi worked well.
There were some minor maintenance issues that needed sorting (broken flush, exposed gripper rods on the carpet, missing light bulbs, broken shelves in the fridge). Some of these should have been spotted before our arrival (e.g. missing light bulb in the living room). It's managed by a management company. They send more emails than seems necessary (e.g. asking if I wanted to book a transfer) and were less effective at answering questions than a property owner would be but they were fairly responsive. The pool table in the lounge provided an excellent alternative to watching TV. The whole house was very clean and well equipped.
The reception on the main TV in the lounge sometimes cut out.

This is a lovely house, lovely location on a quiet cul de sac. Spacious well decorated and could sleap 8 so well worth it's price.
We arrived opened the door to a really warm welcoming hallway, large lounge, kitchen/dining room and downstairs toilet.
Upstairs large master bedroom with 2 double beds and an en suite shower room. Two further double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds a small single with a bed settee and a family bathroom.
Our group was only 4 people so had acres of space
Pool table was a nice treat and once we had re tuned the TV as it had lost its channels we were happy with the facilities.
Rear garden area with 2 outdoor tables and benches.
Overall a lovely property and an enjoyable stay.
On arrival we had to wash cups and glasses prior to use.
The problem is not that they were dirty but the marks on the items were due to the dishwasher needs salt and rinseaid so it is not cleaning properly. Something that can be easily overlooked.
Both outside bins were already full.
Both only minor issues.
We did find a shard of broken glass on the carpet in the lounge luckily no one stood upon it.
Just needs a little more attention by the cleaners prior to occupancies.

The house had a strange smell downstairs and the kitchen sink also smelt. We used all 4 bedrooms and couldn't understand why the biggest room had two double beds in it and the sofa bed was in the 4th bedroom. It would make more sense for one of the doubles to swap with the sofa bed. There was no bedding left for the sofa bed so my son had to take the bedding off one of the doubles and use that, although the bottom sheet didn't fit.

Excellent cavities our daughter loved the stay and the pool table was superb
Lack of shaver points in the property was the only problem as couldn’t use electric toothbrush or charge razor.
