Moje matrace měla uprostřed již vyleželý důlek, ale to byla jen malinká vada na kráse, protože nic jiného mě nenapadá.

Naprostá spokojenost. Snídaně vynikající, velmi příjemný personál, vstřícný, ochotný. Jsem naprosto spokojena, určitě se budu vracet, restaurace u ubytování, také velmi příjemná. Chutné snídaně, kdy pan kuchař je velmi milý a splní vaše přání. Klidné prostředí, v blízkosti plavecký areál.

Very modern, clean and quiet room, with air-condition, little tea & coffee machine in the room, and very friendly service. Location is near the lake and not too far to the city center. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. In the evening the breakfast room is a Vietnamese restaurant with tasty food and a very friendly atmosphere.

The WiFi / WLAN connection is slow or often disrupted, so better don't count on it.

Very nice hotel with tasteful breakfasts and clean rooms (included towels, mini bar - additional pay and air conditioning). The staff was helpful and polite. The place of car park was additional pay.

Everything was OK

The superior apartment was really modern, spacious and bright. We loved that the owners had thought about the details such as a baby rack for safety, a drinking bowl for the dogs, a blanket for the dogs. It was also really nice that they had put two single beds together for us as a couple so we wouldn't have to sleep apart. The shower was also really nice and warm. And we liked the fact that the apartment had a kitchen so we could warm up our toddlers food in the microwave. Also, to our surprise, the cleaning lady had done our dishes twice (this was unexpected but really nice of her). The beds were super comfortable and the room was very quiet. We didn't have any street noise or anything. We also enjoyed the fact that there is a Vietnamese restaurant in the building (where the breakfast is also served in the morning). We ordered there twice, and were very happy that we could take the food up to our room. Also the breakfast we could take with us, which was great since we were traveling with 2 large dogs and a child (1,5 years old). The check in was also very smooth because we could do an online check in via their chatbot Alfred. Great apple juice and eggs at breakfast! Also great cappucino's (but you do need to ask for these). One of the employees was super helpful in giving us tips about a trip to Prague and where to park (which was very handy, so thank you!!). For an extra fee, we also had parking each day, which I would advise other guests to take as well. There was coffee and tea in the room for free. The hotel is close to a lot of beautiful places, like Prague, Prachovske Skaly, Bohemian Switzerland,... And the lake in Jablonec is also super nice to walk around if you have a day that you want to relax a bit. Last but not least, we loved the airco! :)

No elevator which was a bit difficult with a small child but we knew this when booking the apartment. The breakfast was very tasteful but the choices were too limited for us. We missed some sweeter things and a bigger selection to choose from. Also for some reason the hosts only put 3 pieces of bread, sandwiches, ham at once on the table which made it rather uncomfortable and a bit awkward because we are big eaters so we had to come back down from our room upto 4 times each morning. We didn't understand why they didn't just put more buns on the plate so we could just take everything at once. This way it felt like they didn't want their guests to take too much or something.. We were up every morning at 6am because the light was coming in the room, I would advise different curtains that don't let through this much light.
