Really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch, on Seabrook! Great location near everything we wanted. Outstanding service and support. Looking to comeback in the future!

My wife and I decided to make a last-minute trip to the beach and found this condo. The owner was very quick to respond to a few questions I had. The condo and location are great as well as the amenities included with the pool and clubhouse. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning here in the future.

We booked this trip for our first year wedding anniversary and were happy it went better than our honeymoon in the Dominican! Quiet neighborhood, friendly people, and good food. This was our first time visiting the Charleston/Seabrook Island area and we'll definitely be back. Initially we were planning on bringing our clubs to golf during our stay, but decided against it once we saw the rates. So most of our time was spent at the pool and beach. It was not crowded which was great. I'd recommend trying the restaurants at Freshfields Village to save time in the car. It takes 8 min just to get from the condo to the exit of the community. My only suggestion for the owners would be to get a sound bar or surround sound for the living room tv. When the air conditioning is on it is quite loud and you can't hear the tv so we had to turn up the volume. We were worried about disturbing the next door neighbors so used closed captions too. Dish detergent for the dishwasher would be good too. Overall Pros: Clean, quiet, balcony was nice for morning coffee, close to beach and pool, they provide beach chairs too. Owner was thorough in providing info before our trip and responded quickly to messages during our trip. Cons: You have to pay extra for parking and towels at the pool (so they know you're a guest), location is a little far from the city but any of the SC beaches are.

This condo was exactly as advertised. The view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was short and easy right off of the back deck. The amenities at this resort are first class. The host was extremely responsive and gave helpful instructions. I’m a STR host myself and she’s giving me some great ideas that I’m going to implement. Would definitely come back.

Condo's location is perfect. The owner was so kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and packed with anything you could need. Love the boardwalk and oceanfront to walk. Enjoyed our stay and hope we can visit there in the future.

We booked very last minute and we are so happy our gut told us to get away! We had the most magical time on Seabrook Island! The place is exactly as described. Wonderful and easy communication with Mary, a truly wonderful host! We woke up on leaving day to see 3 deer grazing in the dunes. It was an experience my kids will never forget! We will be back!

The condo was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and plenty of extra dishes. We hosted family for dinners that we’re staying nearby. Nicely renovated and super clean! Short walk to the beach! We really enjoyed and will keep this unit on our short list for future visits. Thanks for a great week at the beach!!

I had a nice and relaxing stay at Seabrook Island. Just needed to get away from my busy life and this was a wonderful place to do so. The condo was perfect and the view was amazing! Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Seabrook Island, and we decided to stay at Mary‘s condo. Mary was very helpful during the booking process and with suggesting local recommendations. Mary’s place was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, had ocean views & was steps from the beach. The amenity card is a huge plus & the amenities on Seabrook Island were excellent !

Location on water cannot be beat! We sat every morning and evening on deck enjoying the views and taking in the waters breeze. Condo was well equipped and clean. We ate breakfasts in, and had some dinners there as well. Plenty of cooking pans and utensils for your use. There is a wonderful market at Fresh Fields right outside of Seabrook for anything you need. Highly recommend!

This fabulous oceanfront location is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy all that Seabrook Island offers. Right on the boardwalk with gorgeous sunsets off the balcony this well stocked unit is clean and comfortable. The undated kitchen has everything you need including quality pots and pans. The king sized bed needs a new mattress but otherwise we have no complaints.

The clubhouse pricing was confusing. The amenities were not included and we had to pay daily for access to the gym and pool. That wasnt very clear in the property description. The condo was amazing looking and was right on the water which was nice.

1315 Pelican Watch was just what we needed. Two weeks of beach and beautiful sunsets. It was clean and well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Exponentially impressed with the overall experience of the location and communication with the owner. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck, watching dolphins play in the water.

Firstly, the condo is gorgeous. Amazing use of color and space. Updated kitchen, so more room to prep meals! Location is great. My first time on ground floor, and still the view was amazing. We had a medical emergency and the owner went above and beyond for our comfort! I had communication immediately, and our disaster was averted because of the timely answer amd help in our situation. THANK YOU Mary!!! No other condo for us!

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch Villas! Conveniently located to the beach and beach club made it easy to spend time in both places! Dog friendly stay that was very clean, which is hard to find! Thank you for having us!

We loved staying at Seabrook Island and this condo was perfect for us.

Perfect place to unwind and relax. The Condo is in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful view. Amazing sunsets can be seen from the balcony or from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future.

We stayed in this condo and enjoyed all the sights and being close to the beach. We were very comfortable here and would definitely come back.

Absolutely perfect beach condo! Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The beach was a short boardwalk away. Beautiful sunsets from the deck. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay if you are looking for some rest and some quiet. Minimal people on the private beach that is located just a few steps away from the back door. Bikes available for rental to tour the neighborhood. Loved the Fresh Fields shopping and dining center just a few miles away from the front gate. Not very far from Charleston if you want a day in the city and Jet Skis rentals are a must!

Communication with the host was great. The property is right on the beach and there's not a large crowd. Very good value.

Our family had a wonderful time, we love the condo, it was cozy and the location was perfect. We hope to stay next summer as this was just the perfect place to be with the beach nearby and the pool’s proximity. thank you!!

Beautiful location. Property was clean. Easy check in and check out. Sunsets were amazing from the deck or walkout to the ocean.

We had just lost one of our fur babies, so being able to take our other dog was perfect. Very clean and convenient to having a pet. Felt like home and look forward to staying again.

The villa was very nice with good amenities. Beautiful view, nice beach. The fold-out bed is mostly suitable for a child, rather than an adult, but it was suitable for a weekend. Overall, we loved our stay.
