We love our stay at the bungalow. It was big enough for multiple families to come all the way from Wisconsin to celebrate our wedding day in Treasure island (which is only 15 minutes from the house!) also 10 minutes away is Madeira beach and John’s pass which gave us plenty of options around the area. The house was beautiful just like the pictures so we could spend quality time making dinners together and hang out by the pool some days! 10/10 experience! We will hopefully be back in future! 💕

The house was exactly as shown online. Clean, beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everyday essentials. We hardly had to purchase anything which was a nice change from previous rentals we have stayed in. We had 8 adults and 4 kids in our party and we had more than enough space everywhere. The location is about a 10 minute drive from the beach in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Special shout out to the property manager - we had a few issues come up and she responded immediately to my texts and had the issues resolved the same day. She was absolutely amazing in every way! With that being said, please reach out to her if you choose this property and have any issues. She wants to know about them so they can be fixed ASAP. We found out that one of the issues we had may have been ongoing but previous renters didn't say anything so there was no way she could have known. Again, she was phenomenal at her job! If we ever vacation in the area again, we will definitely be looking for this house to be available! Just perfect!!

This home was exactly like the photos. There was so much room for our party of 8 and everyone loved it. the kitchen is huge and there were two refrigerators so plenty of room for cold drinks and food. It was about a 10 minute drive to a more secluded area of the beach and this home is close to any amenity you could want. The owners are generous with things like coffee pods, tp, paper towels, laundry pods etc. I'm sure they have 20 beach towels too, along with a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We all had a wonderful time creating family memories at the beach and backyard pool. Tiffany, property manager was helpful and responsive. This was our 2nd stay.

This house fit our needs. The host was way above amazing. She addressed our issues so quickly and went way above what was expected. I can’t say enough about how great she was. Quick and accommodating. Thank you for a great vacation home.

We were excited about this rental described as a “family” home and pictures showed a beautiful play area/toys for the kids. The house had positives, its spacious and clean layout and proximity to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We were grateful for the gesture of the property manager, who came to put away groceries that we had delivered. However, our experience was disappointing due to a few drawbacks. The yard was in a state of disrepair, lacking grass and maintenance. The pool area had deflated balls and broken, mildewed pool toys. The living room couch was worn-out with protruding springs. The bath towels provided were surprisingly small. The play area was not as depicted in the listing and turned out to be neglected with no mats or toys. We looked forward to this play area since we had 4 toddlers. The pictures posted were not accurate. The promised pool cleanings on Tue/Fri were delayed until the end of our stay, they did provide $500 compensation, but we still found this unacceptable. Additionally, the lack of a landscaping crew was evident, with dog waste on the lawn. One of the attractive features, an arcade, turned out to be non-functional. Despite reaching out to the property manager, we received vague directions and it was only after a few days that they came over to address the issue. While the house had its positive elements, the overall experience was dampened by these issues, and we hope hope this feedback helps in improving the stay for future guests.

House was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room. Location worked out great. Restaurants, beach and grocery all within 10 minutes.
