The apt was perfect for us. Great view over the other common areas external to the apt. Underground parking was so convenient to our apt.

Clean and comfortable. Nice features with parking and pool.

The apartment was large, mostly well equipped and modern and had really good views of the mountains

The check in/ out times feel like a rip off. We booked for two nights but couldn't check in until 5pm and check out by 10am. This meant that a two night stay is only actually 41 hours! Our room also only had a microwave and a hob, no oven limiting what you can cook. The location given on booking.com is also incorrect for the hotel. It tries to take you to the top of Col du Madonna which is about 2 km past the hotel up a ski run! This meant that the sat nav initially took us up the wrong windy mountain road and wanted us to drive across mountain tracks to the resort.

The room was as expected but I thought it would be closer to drive to tml winter. The hotel facilities are very good for anyone staying in the area.

The fastest road was closed which took 1hr driving back from tml winter. There were no buses between the hotel and tml or any nearby. The cabling car stayed on until 05pm which was not possible to return by cable car only. I was charged for something and I tried to get in touch through boooking and directly with the hotel and no one answered me.

Swimming pool: small and clean, with hammam and sauna. This hotel was recently renovated and everything was clean.

We had to queue for 90 minutes to check in. Then, we had to pay 180 euro extra to get bed sheets and towels - what a rip-off! The recent renovation was clearly done in a hurry - see photos. You get better value for money through AirBnB where hosts make an effort.

- Check-In at after 5pm - There is no toilet paper - You have to clean room yourself - They charged 40Euros from my deposit, didn’t even answer my message. Even we cleaned whole room and bathroom.

The location of the property is very good. Total Ski in and out from the comfortable and fully heated ski room The property has pool area and saunas which is very good for apre ski =) The underground parking is also very good All the facilities seem to be very nice.

Our neighbours were smoking weed on the balcony :(

It will be nice if there was a restuarant in the hotel as Auris being a small place has very few ( 5 ) restuarant and it is not practical to drive Alp d Heuz . Very little grocery option - One small sherpa and one another brand so home cooking options were very limited. We should have picked up our Grocery from big Coop next to Geneve airport Also nearest electric car charger was at Le Bourg Doisans - only one 50K charger that did not accept UK debit or Credit car - I find it difficult to understand why an organisation like Vacanceole does not provide EV chargers for customers -

Don't want to sound negative, as the hotel is really nice. It's rather a constructive critique. Entire property is new but finished in a rush, lots of things in the hotel require final touch: - Kitchen furnitures assembled in a rush, door not fitting. - No ventilation. When I pulled the rope to turn the ventilator on it came out it was just a dummy and it came out of the wall. Chimney clogged with some fabric. - Shower handle installed upside down - No handle in the kitchen window Besides very loud constant noise in the living room, almost impossible to sleep. Quite annoying. - No kitchen hood, all smells in the appartment - Poor wifi - Super low water preassure in the shower - Lock in the bathroom should work better - Would be nice if radiators are turned on prior to guest's arrival. It was quite cold inside. I think these are beginners mistakes, once fixed all is amazing.

There are some bits and pieces not quite finished as the property only open this winter…. like toilet seats missing!!

Good location and good value for money. We had a large room that was clean. Dog friendly.

The fridge didn’t work so we couldn’t keep any of our food we’d brought. There was no soap to wash our hands with Reception was shut by 8 so we couldn’t ask for help on any of the above. Swimming pool shuts at 7pm and opens at 10am. We booked the hotel because if this facility but then couldn’t use it as check out was at 10. Should be clearer on the website. We paid the 300EUR deposit but it wasn’t returned to us until 4 days after, despite the staff sharing it would be returned after the cleaners had been. We contacted them twice to ask for our money back and no one ever replied. The towels had a few stains on them.

Location is beautiful. Big flat, kitchen, appliances. Very quiet. Swimming pool and sauna/hammam.

No washing machine, cleaning rules.

Excellent room and super view, well fitted out.

Needs finishing and a few things like instructions for kitchen tv etc. But these are being attended to. I think the building had opened just the day before we arrived. It will be quite superb.

Nice, quite new apartment. Comfortable beds but two singles only. Good size bedroom. Good kitchen. Quite well equipped. Beautiful view from the terrace.

We booked for a week and there was no mention of linen and cleaning not being included. As we were charged more than the company's website price for the basic rental, we assumed it was inclusive. Vacanceole then claimed weekly rentals do not include linen or cleaning which is completely untrue as they offer a "comfort" package on their website. We were not allowed to have this on arrival. The apartment was not clean on arrival and the ventilation vent was broken. We reported this straight away but no-one came to fix it. We asked for a quiet apartment and were given one right next to the lift. We were told we couldn't change and were subsequently woken in the middle of the night and early morning. To get to the bathroom from the bedroom you have to go through the living room. The shower is open and water goes all over the bathroom floor.

dirty floors, dust and old panties under bed . swimming pool water 25 degrees but feels too cold to enjoy. kitchen black slate splash board is close to impossible to clean. If you can sort this issues it will be best place to stay in town .

Clean, spacious, new apartment with a nice view of the mountains. Easy access to the ski lift and ski locker room in the building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sauna, hammam, and pool were nice to use after a day of skiing, although it got quite busy and these facilities were only open until 7 pm. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Keep in mind that Auris en Oisans is inconvenient to reach if you don't travel by car but are dependent upon public transport/taxi. It is definitely possible to reach, but busses don't go regularly and taxis are quite expensive.
