Our camper is a 2019 Highland Ridge Open Range OT26BH that will sleep 8 people. The outside has power awning with built in led lights, 20x10 outdoor rug, 30 AMP service, water, power, sewage and cable TV hookups. There are also 2 outdoor speakers under the awning. The camper is equipped with everything you will need to have a memorable vacation on the Outer Banks of North Carolina! The inside of the camper has laminate flooring, stainless steel appliances (oven, microwave, freezer/refrigerator, gas range and a double sink. There is also a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has a table that converts to a bed. There is also a leather sofa that converts to a bed. Under the sofa is additional storage space. Private queen bedroom with 2 storage closets. There is a set of full bunk beds. There is a full bathroom (toilet and separate shower). Outside of the bathroom is a sink area. In the kitchen, there is a TV and a radio/DVD player. The radio has an aux cord and Bluetooth to be able to connect your phone. There is a digital thermostat with ac and heat or you can open the tinted windows throughout the camper to let fresh air in. - 8 plates, bowls, and cups are provided along with utensils. - 4 folding camping chairs are provided. - Pots, Pans, and Cooking Utensils are provided. - One roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels provided along with a bottle of dish soap. - Clean linens, comforters, pillows, and towels provided for all beds for optional one time $50 fee. 1. NO SMOKING!! Evidence of smoking in camper will result in loss of portion or entirety of security deposit. 2. $50 mandatory prep fee. We clean and sanitize the camper after every use. 3. $110 delivery and set up fee. (We will deliver the camper to your campground of choice and set it up for you to start enjoying your vacation). 4. Two pet maximum and please NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE.
