We arrived at a pretty busy time. There was a manager.. a woman who instead of taking care of the check in line 1st— decided to assist guys who i guess were surveying or inspecting the property? Not sure exactly what was happening, but after about 10-15 mins.. a gentleman named Brett i believe, cut his break to take care of the line. He was also the 1st to offer an apology to all the guests for having to wait for the manager who had no regard for the line. She never acknowledged any of us. She even sat and joked with the inspector guys making small talk while everyone waited for her to finish. Anyway, Brett was friendly & helped us with our check in & it was fine… but damn. The manager seems annoying. There was no urgency in how she moved to help customers. She should have probably cleared the line before dealing with property crap.

The facility, room and staff were first rate

My reservation, though confirmed, was not in their system. Fortunately there was another room available. Super stressful. Website had incorrect address. Clients had a horrible time finding me.

I loved the fact that you could choose whether or not you wanted a maid to come every day of your stay.

Room not cleaned during two days, first day even though requested, second day as there wasn’t any staffing during Thanksgiving. Baby crib was only provided until the second night. Air conditioning turned on automatically the entire night making the room extremely cold.

It’s a great location and a very nice hotel with nice rooms.

I called the hotel restaurant to order breakfast and placed my order. The man on the phone said he couldn’t run the ticket and give me a price until I showed up to sign the receipt even though I was billing it to my room. When I showed up I figured out why. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive for what it was. I had to pay close to $30 per meal for my small family of four totaling close to $120 and it wasn’t even good. We had a short stack of very small pancakes each with a side of bacon each, I added one side of eggs for myself, and 4 bottles of orange juice. The bacon was good, but everything else was leaving a lot to be desired. I was eating my meal angry for what I had to pay, so maybe that had a lot to do with NOT enjoying our meal. Had I known the price was what it was, I would have stopped at a fast food place heading out or if I had more time to stop with my family to dine in, I would have went across the street to Yosemite Falls restaurant.

The hotel is only a few years old so everything is in great condition. The lobby is huge, comfortable, and well designed. There is a good-sized pool and outdoor seating area. The rooms are large.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning units in the rooms are very, very noisy. It sounded like a moped revving its engine in the room. The first night I thought we just had a faulty one so I asked to switch rooms, but the second room had the same problem. The hotel is actually very nice and the finishes in the rooms are high quality so I don't know what happened with the air conditioning (the fan vibrates and rattles the metal - it's not anything I've heard from an A/C before). We had to sleep with it off, which meant that is was 76 in our room when we woke up but it was the only way to sleep because of the noise.
