We spent just a few nights while in town for a family occasion. I wish it was longer and that we had more time to enjoy the property and all it had to offer. The linens and towels were excellent quality. The mattresses were beyond comfortable. Many thoughtful items were provided - we were so pleased with everything! The place was spotless- and the pebble ice maker was the icing on the cake!! I so need one now. 😍 Communication from the property owner was excellent- full of info on the property and the town. She really does think of everything. This property is an absolute jewel. We felt so at home.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The home had every accomodation we could ever need and was beautifully organized and clean as could be. The screened porch with the lake view, fire table, and day bed was unreal and we never wanted to leave! We stayed in late October/ early November and basically had a private beach and pier with sunrises and sunsets to die for. Our host, Anna, is a wonderful, kind, and generous person and was great with communication for whatever we needed. She definitely knows how to run a property and we couldn't have asked for a better host and experience.

Home has everything needed for a lake getaway. Kitchen very well stocked to stay in for meals; tons of games for downtime; very comfortable bedrooms, living areas and outdoor porch for lounging. We hope to be back.

This house was spectacular! The screened in porch is what really sold us but every room in the home is set up perfectly for vacation! It was amazing watching the fireworks go off from the dock over the water. Anna was great at responding fast when messaged a question and she has decorated the home and stocked it better than my own home! I wish we could’ve stayed another week!

What a great time spent on White Lake. Everything we needed was provided by our gracious host Anna. The back porch was amazing and we hung out there most of the time, relaxing, playing games together or eating. We definitely will be back. Thanks Anna for letting us stay in your beautiful home

Easy check in! Anna was over the top with welcoming us to her house by having a s'mores kit and beautiful hydrangeas displayed. Home was up to date with appliances..loved the ice maker! Overall very nice home! Would definitely stay again when visiting White Lake!

From the start communication with our host, Anna, was amazing. The house is well situated on the lake and the screened porch is amazing. We spent the majority of our time out there with plenty of inside options as well. The hot tub was such a treat. Nothing was lacking in the kitchen. We had a family New Years celebration and had all the dishes and seating we needed for 10 people. TVs in every space to watch the ball drop. The fireworks on the lake were a special treat. We wanted for nothing and had plenty of family competitions on the game console. Stop looking! Book this place. You won’t regret it. Elizabeth town is minutes away and we found the grocery store, nice place to eat and a park for the kids. Overall, it was a great way to ring in the new year!

We’re from Carlsbad and spent Thanksgiving here with our son stationed at Fort Bragg. The host was Amazing!! She went well above and beyond to makes sure our stay was good. Even helped us find a restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner. The house was perfect! Lakeside living with screened in sun room, spa, kayaks which we used several times during our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more. I was able to make my son’s favorite pie with no problem. Check in was easy and the host provided us with a list of features about the home and surrounding community. I want to come back during summer!! Thank you Anna!

The nice screened in sun porch with eating table, tv, fire place and a large sofa. Kayaks were there and the hot bath. It offered all the entertainments for both adults and kids. The weather was not perfect but it was very nice get away. There are Walmart, IGA, food lion and a liquor store in Elizabeth town which only takes 10 min drive (I could not find on google search). You will definitely enjoy the stay at this place!!

We had a quick getaway at White Lake that was very fun! My husband and I traveled with our 18-month old daughter. The house was beautiful and very nice; there was plenty of room for all of us. The screened-in porch was our favorite room; we enjoyed sitting on the bed looking at the lake and had most of our meals here. The home was spotless and Anna had impeccable attention to detail, which made me feel a lot better being a nervous parent to an unvaccinated child in the pandemic. There were Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer throughout the home. You could really tell that she put a lot of effort in making the home very comfortable. She even provided a beach bucket and shovel, bubbles, and snacks for our daughter! She even told us to help ourselves to drinks in the mini-fridge. Anna was incredibly responsive and allowed us flexibility on check-in and check-out, which was very helpful for our daughter's napping schedule. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and taking the kayaks out very much. Just a couple other notes: The dock and pier are shared among 7 or so houses on the street. For the most part, it is deserted, but be sure to watch your belongings in case a neighbor shows up. There may be a harmless case of mistaken identity (i.e. lost bucket). Also, the water in White Lake is not as clear as it used to be (from what I have heard), but it is still a beautiful view from the home, and the kayaking and beach were very fun. Anna was very accommodating and so wonderful to communicate with. Her house is beautifully decorated and has all the fun entertainment spaces needed for a fun getaway! The dock is shared, but there is plenty of room for a large party to enjoy the lake! White lake offers fun bars, a water park & yummy food. The atmosphere is very fun and exciting. We enjoyed our stay so much, we will definitely be back!
