Whole thing was really easy. Very well informed about instructions. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Pool & Hot tub was a fun addition! Being able to walk to the beach was so nice. Love the open floor plan. Was so great for our group. We had never had a bonfire on the beach before, it was amazing that it was included. We had so much fun! Highly recommend this home and 30a Beach Girls! Thank you for the great trip!

I can't express how much myself and my group enjoyed our stay. I was very nervous about whether or not it would be accommodating for what I had in mind for the birthday celebration however, our stay exceed my expectations!!! Communication with 30'a Beach Girls was easy and seamless, the home was beautiful, everything we needed was present, and accessing the area and beach was simple because of the app!!! A wonderful experience and I plan on staying again!

Our first impression upon arrival and seeing the Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Area was disappointing and shocking to say the least. The pool and hot tub were dirty so we notified the management company , 3A Beach Girls and they sent someone out to "'clean" the pool, all he did was use the skimmer to remove some of the debri. After he left and we looked around some more, we noticed how filthy the patio furniture, deck and grill were, some of the patio furniture and a small table had been chewed by someones dog.. In the kitchen, we found that someone had put dirty dishes, pans cups and utensils back into the drawers and cabinets. My husband contacted 3A again but heard NOTHING back from them until I posted a negative comment on their Facebook page a week later, and the day after, they sent someone to deliver flowers and a note apologizing. Because we did not hear from them immediately as promised, my husband spent all of the first day cleaning the dirty plates, etc, and EVERYTHING outside. The amount of dirt that came off of the patio table was disturbing, the white cloth was BLACK!. We discovered that the bench for the table was broken also. The final straw was when we were sitting outside on day 10 (we rented for 2 weeks) when the landscape guy showed up with a leaf blower unannounced and walked into the backyard where we were relaxing around the pool. I have Asthma, and the leaf blower fumes set it off. I was pretty upset given the course of events that had occurred since our arrival. I called the management company and they said they would be right out. Holly and 2 other ladies arrived to discuss what had happened. They claim they never got our messages about the problems, yet they had responded regarding the pool, and one other time because we had an issue with the noise from the smoke detector. They apologized and asked us how they could "make it right" offering us a credit for 1 night which we still have not seen on our credit card. Ultimately, these issues should not have occurred, the property should have been cleaned inside and out and ready for our arrival which it was not. While the location close to the beach and the privacy of the neighborhood were fantastic, our experience with management company was not. Ultimately, someone neglected to do their job to make sure the property was ready for our arrival. We will not rent it again, nor anything else that 3A Beach Girls offers.

Really enjoyable stay!

Peaceful and spacious. Loved the pool and my kids loved the bikes. Every need was met. Can't wait to come back. 30a Beach Girls delivered our food and set up our bonfire. We cant wait to return.

Property is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Excellent communication with 30a beach gals before and during stay when needed. Beach is a 7 minute walk, or just 2 minutes on golf cart. Beds are comfortable, backyard private with eating area, pool, hot tub, kitchen well stocked, bikes fun, and good location. Place is as advertised. Will rent again!

We had a marvelous time at this beautiful rental house. The location is fantastic and the set up is so accommodating no stairs! The pool and hot tub were priceless. We ate all meals outside. It was truly the best time. The house is very well stocked with all essentials and the house managers at 390a beach girls are so welcoming and informative. The house was one of our favorite rentals and if we are in Florida again, we will rent it again and again!!!

We had the most amazing time! 30ABEACHGIRLS took such great care of us. They had flowers/cookies for us when we first got to the beautiful house. I can't say enough amazing things about this company. Thank you times a million for the wonderful hospitality! We cant wait to come back!
