Beautiful, clean, well-cared for property.

The house was great, we enjoyed our stay! The only downside was the parking, we were told we could park on the other side of road if we needed to but they were doing construction and they took up that side of the road. We will be back!

Beautiful spotless house with all the amenities. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, foosball table. 25 people and everyone had a great time. We are already planning another stay in the coming years.

There were 23 of us this year ranging in age from 10 to 76. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen/dining area is a big plus for us since we cook all our own meals. Most breakfast meals were consumed on the deck. The long tables were perfect for dining, games, and puzzle making. We planned to come back next year, but we needed a different time that wasn't available. Having two stoves and that long counter against the wall was a big bonus. We will miss that next year. The location is excellent, too.

We went to Branson for a 3 day volleyball tournament. We took 13 players and several parents and stayed all together. This rental was perfect. The bedrooms with the private bathrooms were well thought out. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and the 3 fridges and 2 dishwashers were awesome. The homeowner was super easy to work with. We hope to make this trip again!

Plenty of room for family and not be underfoot. Kept the younger people entertained in the game room. Hot tub was enjoyed with room for little ones to have a dance party.

This place was great! Such cool views from the multiple balconies it had and enough rooms for all 36 of us no problem! The communication with the home owner was amazing, he got back very quickly to me when I needed to ask him a question about something. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large group. Only thing missing is lake access.

Our family consisted of 26 people ranging in ages 3-92. The second floor had a game room that provided entertainment for teens and adults, and board games that were also used at night for the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked and ample space for ding as well as relaxing in the living area. The decks had a great view of the lake. The only negative was the construction around us and parking accommodations. That should be resolved when construction is completed. Thank you for providing a home where all our family could gather!

Love the space and the kitchen

Property is terrific. Parking is a little suspect right now with all of the construction taking place. A house that sleeps more than 35 is going to need some designated parking when all of the construction is completed in the area. The house is amazing. Views were great and all of the teens/kids loved the game room and bunk bed area. This is a great place for a large group. Well stocked and close to everything we needed access to. This house is very close to Silver Dollar City if that's on your to do list.

Great house for a big group. Loved the openness of the kitchen and living area. The view was amazing!!! The kids loved the game room and hot tub. If I had to mention anything negative , it would be the parking. We had 2 church 15 passenger vans and it was a little difficult getting in and out.

Place was awesome !!! Owner was prompt to answer question. Lots of construction parking is on an incline. There was ample room for our group. Views were good.

The property was large enough for our group of 24. Ages ranging from 7 months up to 80 years. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with spices and enough plates/utensils for large groups. The only issue we had was that there was not a water hose to refill the hot tub, but we improvised with using the mop bucket and pans from the kitchen. All in all it was a fantastic experience!

The owner/manager thought of everything. This home did not disappoint. The beds were soft and comfy, the towels felt like butter gliding across the skin, they had every type of appliance you can think of, and there were attractions and restaurants nearby. We had a great time! The listing was very accurate. The only thing I would caution visitors about is the steep hills to get to the house. Had I known about this before hand I could have better prepared. In snow or ice you definitely want to be in a vehicle with 4-wheel drive. It's your safest bet! The host, Mr. Michael was great about promptly getting the roads plowed so the hills wouldn't seem so scary. Again, lovely experience overall and we would definitely reserve again!

The property was beautiful and in a great location for going around Branson. Everything was a short drive away, and we were all able to enjoy our weekend doing what our hearts desired. The house was perfect! It fit all of us great with everyone being able to be comfortable and not stepping on each other with a large group like we had with 35 of us. All of the amenities were incredible, and we couldn’t have had a better place to stay. Thank you so much!!

My husband and I decided to celebrate our August 50th wedding anniversary by having a family Thanksgiving vacation in Branson. Every family was able to have a king size suite. The teens and young adults loved the game room. The house was conveniently located to Silver Dollar City and Branson West. Thanks for supplying such a nice home for our family Thanksgiving!

Almost new property. Nicely set up with attached bathrooms for every bedroom. Kitchen is nicely supplied with plenty of fridge, oven and dishwasher space.

House is awesome. Pool is way too small for the number of people who want to use it ( I realize you are building another pool but that won't be enough ... also needs more shade in area. People were all super friendly ..... There was construction everywhere ( I realize that it will get better once that is done)

We loved the house for our large group! We had a problem with the cleaning company not being done when it was check-in time, but the owners kept up in the loop as much as possible and were very quick at responding. The house has great bedroom and outdoor furniture and every room having their own bathroom was incredible!!! The view and pool were great!

The property is very clean, new, and accommodated our party of 24 comfortably. The pool was a hike up a hill so if you have little kids, plan to drive there but walking is achievable for adults and kids older than 7 or so. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of towels. We stayed three nights in July 2022 when there was quite a bit of construction in the area but it was very entertaining for our little kids who loved to watch the workers from the comfort of the deck. Michael was the property manager who was very prompt and responsive with any questions or concerns I had. We had 6 vehicles and parking was easy to find. Neighbors were quiet (just be aware of some construction noise during the day if naps are an issue). It really was the perfect place for our family. COVID prevented all 32 of our family from gathering together but the house would have been great for that size of group as well. There is NO yard space in case that is a concern for any group. We hope to be back next year!

This property is exactly as pictured in the listing! It was clean and had all the listed amenities. We had 22 people stay here for four nights and never felt crowded. We had about sixteen extended family stay with us throughout two days and still never felt crowded. Beautiful house, property manager was very responsive to questions we had! Best trip we’ve had in a long time! Already thinking of doing it again in a few years! Loved it!

We loved using this house. It was new, clean and spacious. We had extended family gather for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Having a bathroom connected to each bedroom was great. Families were able to retreat to their rooms for an oasis from the group chaos. The kids loved the bunk rooms. I think there were tvs in every room! The balconies were enjoyable to use while taking in the awesome views of the lake. Sunset was the best. The dining tables accommodated our large group for meals and games. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for all our meals. Large pans and crockpots were included in the house. We used all 3 toasters! The kids loved the game tables and arcade. We found the door at the top of the stairs to the 2nd floor very helpful to keep the noise down on the 1st floor. The outdoor pool in the subdivision was a good size so that all could enjoy it. Our only inconveniences were the construction surrounding our building and the steep bumpy road to the house. We give this house 2 thumbs way up.

This property was perfect for our family of 26 with toddlers, teenagers and adults. The kitchen was plenty big enough for all of us to eat and make meals together. It had plenty of dishes and appliances to make anything you wanted to. There are several grocery stores that are close and the 3 fridges were enough to hold all our food. The bedrooms are big with lots of space in them. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. Had plenty of hot water and water pressure in showers. The best part was the 3 decks. The view is beautiful and there was plenty of sitting for everyone. It’s was extremely hot when we were there but the decks had plenty of shade and enough breeze . We sat out there more than in house. There was construction going on during our stay which made parking a little bit difficult but were able to park 5 vehicles in front of our house. The noise was only during working hours 7:00 morning till 6:00 at night The host Michael was awesome. He responded quickly to questions we had. He stopped by house when we had a/c problem and got it fixed right away. This property was close to Branson and very close to Silver dollar city. Which made it easy to get to any activity we wanted to . I would recommend this property to anyone I know and come back to it if we ever make our way back Branson.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property. The only drawback right now is the lack of parking because several of the parking spots are covered by construction materials for the houses being built down the hill. The street is in bad shape because of the holes caused by heavy construction equipment.

The house is well equipped, clean, and spacious! The view is unbeatable. The host is exceptional! Our family of 30 made some wonderful memories here! We will be back! Thank you! Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our youth group. Very close to Silver Dollar City. The view off the decks are spectacular! We are already talking about coming back!

This home was absolutely perfect for our large family. Michael was super accommodating and quick to respond when we had any questions. The kitchen was so spacious and everyone had a place to sit. We loved the long island and counter as we were able to do buffet style meals without having to worry about too many people being in the kitchen. We had plenty of room for all our food in the fridges and cabinets as we ate all but one meal at the house. We loved having multiple decks for hang out areas. We spent a large majority of our time at the house on the decks. The view was gorgeous! As mentioned in the booking, there is construction still going on in the area so there was a lot of construction vehicles and construction work being done during the day but by evening the workers and vehicles were gone. All of the beds were super comfortable. We used the large bunk room for several adult men and all of them said the bunks were pretty comfortable. We were in Branson for a wedding and because there is so many bedrooms and bathrooms we didn't have to worry about taking turns getting ready. We loved having the game room as it was a great hang out spot for the young adults. Also having that fridge upstairs was perfect as we were able to have snacks and drinks upstairs for that area. Overall we loved this house. It is so hard to find large houses that will fit multiple families but this was perfect. I would highly recommend this home for anyone with a large group and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

I don’t know where to start! This place was so beautiful! The view from the balcony was amazing! This place has every appliance you will ever need! The three refrigerators helped a lot with the food we bought. It was more than enough dishes for everyone! I am totally looking to come back here again. I just can’t say enough how amazing this place is! Oh yeah don’t forget it does have a nice hot tub! Just book it now!

This was the perfect location for our womens retreat. Relaxing environment. Plenty of space to gather or separate into smaller groups. If it works out would love to come back next year! :)
