Great location just beside the bus station very central and a great place to start our camino

Room was quite small

very clean, comfortable, and a great view of the Arco de Santa Maria and the cathedral. The staff were all very helpful and provided ice for my injured knee.

The protective cases on the pillows were all “pilled”, creating uncomfortable lumps. Fortunately, I had a pillowcase along to put over it.

I ask the room with Cathedral view and get it. 👍 The Hotel location is superb. Near popular Burgos's places.

The location, with a view from our room across the river to the cathedral, is excellent. Beautiful old town just a couple of minutes stroll away. Very central but not too noisy. Close to an underground public car park. Individually styled rooms - no corporate blandness here!

Since our last stay, the rooms have become a little shabby and unloved.

The location was very convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nothing fussy, but it was what we needed. The café off the reception had great breakfast food.

The location is fantastic and staff pleasant.

Really poor cleaning. Shower full of mould with poor drainage. Even after asking fir it to be cleaned it was still unacceptable. Bed spreads were marked and looked dirty. Plastic covers on the mattresses were old and hard. Such a shame as the the position is perfect. Could be a fantastic hotel if they change their cleaning team.

Very well located because it's only 5mn on foot from the bus station and the hotel is just in front of the main entrance to Burgos. My room window had an amazing view on the river and the Burgos City entrance. If you stay on the street side view, it's loud because of the traffic when you have the windows open but the windows are very thick and when they are closed, it's totally quiet, so it's really not a problem. The air-conditionning worked perfectly. The breakfast was not included but it's not a problem because downstairs, there is a cafetaria where you can have breakfast for a very good price. It's very convenient. The room and the bathroom were clean.

The location is perfect and there is a public carpark 2 minutes walk away that is reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Nothing. We have used the hotel as a stopover on the route to France from Malaga before and will be happy to use it again in the future.

I love the location, so close to the historic center. The staff was very helpful. And they sell takeout coffee in the cafeteria.

Amazing location just across the bridge form the historic center. Breathtaking views of Arco Santa Maria and roofs of the Catedral de Burgos, especially at night. Bus station (intercity travel) is jut around the corner, less than 5 minutes walking. Very quiet room even though there is a major road just next to the hotel. Comfortable decent size room and big bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A bit bigger shower would be nicer, but that was not really a problem.
