The hotel staff, along with the owner, Mrs. Maria were very welcoming, warm and nice. The view from the balcony was nice. They dropped my luggage at the port with their hotel van.

I stayed in Room Number 305. It was the most disappointing hotel room I have stayed in my life, for the price I paid. 1. The shower door was broken. There wasn't even a curtain. Water spilled all over the floor every time I took a bath. I was not informed of this and discovered it the next morning when I went to take a bath. I contacted the receptionist and she informed me that somebody had broken the door and just said sorry. They did not offer me a different room or offer a solution to fix the problem. I almost slipped twice on the wet bathroom floor. And since I was staying alone, I was especially worried about falling in the bathroom and hurting myself. 2. The grill on the fridge door would come out and fall on the ground every time I would open and close the door. It was really annoying. 3. The cleaning materials used in the room had a really strong smell and nauseating. When I first arrived at the room, I could not breathe. I had to open the windows and go out on the balcony for an hour before I could even rest on the bed. 4. The remote for the air conditioner was locked. I could not increase or decrease the temperature from 25 degrees throughout my stay to adjust to the super hot days or to the relatively cooler nights. Also, the swing button did not work. So, throughout the night, the air kept falling on my face, and I could not direct the air upwards. 5. The noise insulation from the other room's bathroom was poor. I had a nice Greek couple staying for a few nights next door, and I could hear loud shower and flush noises from their room late in the night. They couldn't do anything about it and it wasn't their fault anyway. 6. The wifi speed in the room was absymal. I couldn't watch any youtube video without it bufferring, and that too at the lowest video quality. I had to switch back to my own personal mobile data for the internet. I was really surprised at the lack of internet quality at the hotel. 7.

Quite a climb back to the hotel, and with mobility issues found it quite difficult. However cheap enough to jump in a taxi

Wow, Mary is unbelievable! She is the best host I've ever had. Her brother and their cute dog picked me up at the port. Her brother droped me early in the morning. It was very kind. I had a problem with my Mamma Mia's tour and in two minutes, Mary solved my issue! A driver picked me up! They are very good people. Mary provided me the room with the best view I've had from an hotel in my life! Thank you so much!

Mary was so lovely & welcoming. She collected us from the ferry port on arrival & made us feel at home. She organised local car hire for us at the best price & upgraded our room to a sea view at no extra cost😃

Room and location presented exactly as advertised. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Balanced breakfast, view is outstanding. Pick up and drop off to port was very appreciated.

We didnt want to leave and wished we could have stayed longer. Cups to go with kettle would be good

The bed was super comfortable, the view was excellent, the proprietor Mary was lovely. There was a very nice balcony that overlooked the entire town. The air conditioner worked great. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower! Would definitely stay again.

The only difficult was with parking. It’s on a hill and can be a challenge in and out of traffic. We had a motorbike so it wasn’t terrible but a little tricky sometimes in traffic.

We couldn’t be more pleased about our stay at Denise hotel. The room was simple, clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking. Maria was such a wonderful host and gave us a lot of tips. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

What a friendly personnel! They'll give you very nice hints about the island and the restaurants. They'll greet you with a big smile and a warm chat every time they see you. The room was big and comfortable. Probably the best view in Skopelos. Very big balcony and nice swimming pool. On check-out they even had a small gift for us!

We only had one small string to hang our clothes, I noticed that other balconies had two. They should remove the glass cabin completely from the shower and install a shower curtain instead.

Maria runs a lovely hotel with a fabulous view over Skopelos Town. Not only that, there is a swimming pool, a rare commodity on the island and a lovely place to relax in the quiet. The best part of the whole stay was Maria herself. A fabulous host who really took care of us.

The hotel is on top of the hill, can be hard to climb several times per day.... But it's worth the view. Small shower cabin.

Amazing view from balcony. Lovely and helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool. Free filtered water. Hairdryer and kettle available. Great location if you don't mind a lot of hills.

Fridge was very small. Shower curtain stuck to you as space was so small. Poor WiFi.
