It's a whole beautiful property! The setting, the bedrooms, the kitchen, has an office room too, big bathroom. Safe and secure. Not far away from the airport.

The location was below average for me. I don't look at garbage everyday. The place needs attention to detail. Its for people who just want a cheap place to stay. Not caring about what the surrounding area looks like, more importantly the property itself.

The location was below average for me. I don't like looking at full garbage bags everyday. The property in my opinion needs attention to detail. The property has great potential, There was old doors , trash and bottles, very poor internet which made me wanting to leave. I'll never stay there again! If your one who likes a certain level of service , they say wifi but no wifi. They get the money but your stuck with empty promises now writing about it. I work to hard to complain about basic things. Life situations are learning lessons, you heard it from me. Read between the lines. I will stay somewhere else next time

Everything was great very relaxing and quiet

I'm moving or should I say moved to Puerto Rico. This house and apartments are nestled in a full blown Puerto Rican neighborhood. You won't find English spoken here. If you don't have a car or rental vehicle you'll be relying on Uber for transportation because there really is no place to walk to near here. Having said that you can walk to the end of the street, take a right and walk 3 blocks and you'll find a little restaurant that serves up a delicious fried chicken and next door to it a small super market selling staples , beer and alcohol. Continue down the street another 2 blocks you'll find a well supplied farmacy with most of your personal needs plus more food. This location was perfect for me, thrusting me directly into the Spanish language, the local culture, sounds and sights of a pleasant Puerto Rico neighborhood. It seemed to be a very safe area and neighborhood in San Juan, I never felt any aprehensión about walking around the neighborhood day or night. Had one small issue with water leak, after contacting the owner she had her handyman on the problem the next day, and it was quickly resolved. Johnathan is his name, spoke English and we struck up a fast friendship. I even attended his church the following Sunday. I wouldn't recommend this rental to everyone. If your looking to be able to eat, sightseeing, taking in the night life, etc..all by foot, it won't be for you. If your looking for a home base, an immersion into Puerto Rican culture in a relaxed neighborhood you've found a good spot. Bathroom was great with plenty of hot water. Kitchen was nice; great refrigerator but needed some ice trays, made due with freezing water in plastic food trays and making my own ice, electric range but one of the large burners did not work. A double bed downstairs doubled as couch, 40" flat screen tv I never turned on. Table and 4 chairs.

Long walks to go anywhere major.. Not enough restaurants near by. The school across the street was noisy.

If you are visiting as a tourist its not the place to stay. Nothing here. Streets dark rough looking neighborhood. The resident appears bigger in the picture. There were 3 different apartments we got the smallest one. The kitchen counter was as big as a computer desk, plates utensil provided were mismatched not ever a pair or set. pots and pans were dirty some had molds. Wifi was slow or not connecting. Room was small tight space. No cabinets/Drawers/ place to hang clothes. Pretty much living off the luggage. We were 3 in the party but room is only fit for a couple. Neighbor played loud music. No hot water and water flow was almost a drip.

very spacious apartment, comfortable bed and good location. The host was super quick to respond and gave us great recommendations about getting around.

the wifi would go in and out, which is something that was happening in the whole area. Just take into consideration if you have to do any work online.

It was clean, organized, great attention to details, very close to the beach front, and to tourism, and commerce. People in charge were extremely courteous.

Nothing at all, it was what we expected for the price.

location, is close to the airport, close to Viejo San Juan and moving around using uber was very affordable.

There are multiple units and it seems like we got the smallest unit they had, didn't realize how small it was until we got there. It seems like most of the pictures online are of the larger units.

No breakfast available. The bed.

Bedroom wall air conditioner did not cool front room. Extremely hot in front TV room. Ceiling fan blew Hot Air:-( Ceiling fan made noise all day and night. No cold water to shower with. City already hot and humid. Need cool shower. No weather strip around front door, bugs crawl into unit. 3inch tile open gap in floor under closet door. Tile job not complete. We fell in hole several times. Foot jammed in floor gap. Called, text and sent pictures to owner and her Assistants. No 24 hour maintenance available:-(.

Pretty comfortable room. Would visit again
