We loved the apartment but had a couple problems. When we went to check in the keypad battery was dead and we couldn't get in. Fortunately, the cleaning guy was still there and got us in. But once inside, we knew we couldn't leave until the batteries were replaced. I called Sonder, they said someone would be out but couldn't say when. I had my daughter get batteries and changed them myself. After a couple hours we left for dinner but no one had arrived to change batteries. They came while we were gone but still not a good situation. Also, a wall lamp on the main bedroom was falling off the wall and there were no wash clothes. Had to use a handtowel to wash my face. Good thing was we had no problem parking on the street. You have to pay to park in their parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The apartment was nice, but could use a paint job. Still, we'd stay here again.

You have to download a app for this location, for checking in, checking out and any communication. We had 4 people and stayed 2 days and only got 3 towels. When I used the chat function in the app the first day to ask for more towels they said someone would deliver, but they never arrived. Very minimally stocked on all items. Great location.

Overall not a bad place. If you want to be close to downtown, and if you need something really simple, this is a great spot. The main bed was very comfortable for which I am grateful. Some of the fixtures aren't in the best shape or need a bit of repair. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped but we made do and weren't cooking much this trip. The decor is alright, generally the place feels a bit bare but it was fine. When we needed a battery for the ceiling fan remote Sonder was very quick in getting us a replacement even though it was late when we realized it was missing (and we sleep much more comfortably with a fan so I was deeply appreciative!). We've definitely stayed in places that feel much more homey but this place worked for us alright.

Place was clean and efficient … we chose street parking and that worked fine. Uber ride I’m at 7 and back at 11ish was only around $20. Queen bed was very, very firm! Could use more mirrors and plugins, bathroom was very tiny and lighting was dim. Our group of three was 60+ and 80+ Second floor was okay for us (Steps) but might not be for others.

This place worked for us. Relatively affordable and had the basics that we needed. Location is fine. Not fabulous but pretty good. Fairly central. Quite clean. The sofa bed is pretty wonky - ok for teens who can sleep anywhere (which we had). Queen bed was very firm. I brought a mattress topper and it was fine with that.

Unit was perfect and fully equipped with anything you might need. However, it was very dirty along floor & floor boards! Otherwise - great neighborhood and unit

Our stay was perfect! The location was safe, within a short walking distance from all you could want. The neighborhood was beautiful and picturesque. We stayed with six girls, which led to a shortage of mirrors in the morning however I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

This apartment checked all the boxes. Everything was in great condition, very clean, super cute and new. Couch in the living room is cozy and comfortable. The bed was on the firm side but very comfortable (we didn’t have anyone sleeping in the bunk beds). Shower was excellent. Checkin/checkout quick and easy. Parking is included and right in front of the building. The VRBO listing says there is a balcony, there is a courtyard area right outside the front door of the building but not an actual balcony off the unit itself. The windows looking out the front are big though and let in great light. The bathroom is nice but is on the smaller side. Not an issue at all with two people, with 4 people just something to be aware of. Chrome cast/wifi worked great, we have one so we were used to it. The location is fantastic for anyone wanting to be near Vandy/Belmont/West End. Restaurants, both campuses, shops all in easy walking distance. Everything else is an easy drive. It’s a great neighborhood. We would stay here again.
