I like the quiet area.

I didn’t like how old and broken was some of the furniture in the Apparment. There’s a door in the kitchen that was completely broken the garbage can was keeping up. I got bed bugs from the sheets not happy about that. 😠 No beach access very far from all the tourist areas.

There was no breakfast offered, like most places around, met with no one , all connection was text and email. , no really decent views, place in pretty much in woods , pool did not stay open entire time of stay, they closed it for repairs ,

We really liked the location. We really liked the large bedrooms and that the apartment has two spacious bathrooms. We really liked the very comfortable true king sized bed.. The furniture was really comfortable though a bit outdated. We Really enjoyed the large walk in closet. And the large sized TV's in each room as well as the living room.. We really got a kick out of the turtles in the pond and how they scrambled right to us when we walked over the little foot bridge. ( Someone has been feeding them) We enjoyed the easy check in and easy layout of the facility. We would definitely stay here again! Side Note: it would seem a lot of those red eared slider turtles are being infected with a type of fungus attacking their shells and skin.

It could have been a little cleaner. It was as if no one had stayed there for a long time so dust and a few dead bugs were detected. The microwave is rusty and needs to be replaced. The floors and carpet were pretty dirty and left our feet black when we walked around barefooted. ( Just a suggestion) but Maybe have someone go in and clean just before the renters get there. Other than that it was really nice. It would be a good idea to make both bedrooms kings, that way no one would fight over the larger bed.

The unit was very clean and confit able, easy to get in with the electronic keypad. It’s outdated but very nice. It was hard to see the writing on the stove because they were faded out.

That it was a condo with a living room and kitchen so we could be together with our friends in a homelike setting.

The bathroom vanity had separation between it and the mirror and the bathtub handle that controls flow and temp has mold on it. The carpet in bedroom had large ripples that created a tripping hazard.

The keypad was set at the wrong time when we tried to enter and no one was available to help us. The laundry was not available to use and would not be for another 3 weeks - we spoke to the property management people. The cracked tiling in the kitchen is dangerous and we came home with bed bug bites. Location and pool was great other than that.
