really well appointed great decor and smartly furnished. everything you’d need for a short stay if you chose to self cater. coffee and tea provided as well as biscuits which was a nice touch. great location with the town centre in easy reach and the awesome ninesprings park right behind you. also the leisure centre is a 5 minute walk away if you fancy a swim or gym workout. we had a relative needing to stay overnight at short notice which I checked first with the mgt company. they were very supportive and compassionate - which was really kind of them and greatly appreciated.

ideal stay would be about 3 nights max. we stayed 5 nights which meant the little niggles became bigger things. the bed for example was not super comfortable and had a strange memory foam feel to it. fine for a night or two but 5 nights was too much. also my heart sank when I saw it was a washer dryer rather than a washer and a dryer. they just don’t work. staying 5 nights we wanted to do a wash - it took hours and still not really dry. the sofa: looks great and ok at first to sit on but it’s hard and uncomfortable and after 5 nights I’d had enough. be careful if you’re driving and exiting the property. you have to pull out to see oncoming traffic and they’re moving pretty fast. there’s also hedging on the adjoining property which is overgrown and makes it even harder to see. very dangerous exit. others have mentioned the steep stairs and they are steep so again care is needed when going downstairs with heavy cases.

It would be really appreciated if you could check out at 11am instead of 10am.

The style and design of the property was exactly what we like. The apartment had everything that we needed for our short stay. A nice touch was the presence of tea, coffee and a few cookies. A generally pleasant experience.

Access to the parking at the rear of the property is a little tight for larger vehicles. Also, the door locks are a little awkward to use, but that could of been a user issue!

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Martin, the owner, is very responsive.

There is minor road noise in the lounge, but this is very low and is not a disturbance, and un no way affects the enjoyment of the apartment.

The location wasn’t too far from town or a local pub which had a pool table and food. The property backs onto a lovely nature park with lake and mini waterfalls/streams. The property was easy to access, warm and inviting. Be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to the loft. The property was very modern with all mod cons that were required. The host left a lovely array of assorted nibbles and drink options. It was so tidy and neat. Great views. Fantastic host.

Pillows were a bit lumpy.

Cozy flat, comfortable, very well furnished, modern. Living room very classy. Bedroom large and functional. Flat really fully equipped. Kitchen appliances and accessories impecables. Access with code functional and safe. Really happy to have spent a long week end there!

The modern style and colourways helped us relax straight away. Perfect for 2 people. Very well stocked and the lovely welcome pack was much appreciated. Nice to see games available sadly no time to play.

Container/ paper cups for toothbrushes would have helped.

My husband and I got married the day before and needed somewhere to wind down just the two of us. We loved the aesthetic of the apartment and want our house like that! It was so cosy and we ordered a take away and sat watching TV all evening. It was exactly what we needed to make our wedding just as perfect.

This property was exceptionally clean with high end modern tech. Everything you could need for a complete self contained stay.

Property amazing only tiny small thing is that the noise from the property below travelled so it felt kind of like they were in my flat! But there’s not really much that can be done about that so not really a negative as property absolutely great.

Beautiful and welcoming.

Very sad that another tenant was disruptive during our visit causing a loss of sleep and a peaceful night’s rest. Owner advised the next day and was very apologetic and banned the renter from ever staying again. I am certain this was a very unfortunate and isolated situation and does not reflect usual circumstance.

The flat was amazing throughout! Very clean and welcoming! The host was great and very helpful, plus we were welcomed with a bottle of local cider and nibbles left by the host on the kitchen table. Great place to stay!
