We loved the pool. I loved the service of the staff, especially Dolores, she was very helpful to my family. Also, the drivers that pick me up and tooked me to go rent my truck for my family can move around. The front desk staff was amazing. Any question we have, they help my family and I. The buffet staff as well.

My kids loved the pool, but I think you should leave a net. My daughter who loved to pick out the leaves to get the pool a little cleaner. Most of the time, we went mid-morning, and it wasn't cleaned.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money. Nice pool that many rooms have direct access to. Service minded staff, great transfer to airport.

Breakfast is a little expensive Pool could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom lamps could use a warmer light, that would make the bathrooms a lot more pleasant.
