everything is fine, very well equipped. Parking on the marina no problem in May. Nice view from the rooftop.

We found the position of this accomodation perfect. Great views accross the Dart and very near to walk to the ferry for Dartmouth or the local pubs and coffee house. Close to the Train as well.

Well presented and comfortable property with all essentials catered for a large group. It is a clean, warm and well presented property in an excellent location
Visiting family love to stay here- this occasion being our 3rd stay.

Without a doubt this is a fantastic location close to the ferry and train station in Kingswear. However, when we arrived the house was filthy - floors, carpet with dirty towels in washing machine, dirty bath mats in bathroom, dirty socks on the bed. Cleaner was called back to re clean but didnt do a great job so had to re do ourselves after she left. In addition this is not a luxury property. It is a nice comfortable house (or was once clean) and great location for easy access to Dartmouth. Views from kitchen and top floor terrace were the highlights. But cheap bedroom furniture, seals/grout missing in bathroom, broken flush buttons and carpet/walls stained and tired. Definitely not worth the luxury price tag. Maybe if cheaper and advertised as 'comfortable' it would be acceptable.

A beautiful house with wonderful views over to Dartmouth. The house in general was spotless only a few crumbs under table and a tray in oven still had fat on. Everything you could possibly think of was there ready to use. Home from home. Heating was all included which we enjoyed as it was a cold weekend. Comfortable beds to sleep in. The kitchen, dining room we stayed in mostly as we went with family so perfect for games around table. To book the house was all done by email I was keep informed of everything and when I did email a question I had a answer back very quick. Convenient for ferry across to Dartmouth as there isn't much to do in Kingswear especially in January. I would use this company again and certainly recommend Waterview House.
