I liked the facilities and the area. The mattress was really comfortable, the room was not that big but it was really peaceful and well decorated. The wooden curtains were great for blackout for a good night sleep.
I didn´t like that they left some leftovers on the fridge. The A/C didn´t work as good and it did make a little weird sound. It rained that day so a leak showed up from below the floor that it got my sock wet.

La limpieza de la ducha, había cabellos en la pared de la ducha ,,, y da asquito, los techos tienen humedad , el restaurante tiene un horario muy reducido y no dan servicio los lunes

We have stayed here before and that speaks to why we stayed again. The location to the many bars and upscale restaurants nearby in walking distance. The rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. Beds are pleasantly comfortable and the staff if hands down there all day and night when you need them. There is a coffee shop on property as well, but a 5-10 walk in any direction will have you at multiple coffee shops or breakfast diners. Rooms are a good size for a small family and they are very accessible. Room attendants are prompt and very courteous, and will go above and beyond. The night front desk agent is a gem, took care of us. Also the landscape attendant is a phenomenal worker and also went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Not much to say here but small things, there are new bars located next to the property so if your windows are open you will hear the karaoke. Choose your rooms wisely some are good size for couples but not for small families, 3-4 max would be my limit for their larger rooms. I'm 6'2 225lbs, with that being said some of the rooms have nice but tight bathrooms spaces.

Un hotel muy limpio y confortable con una ubicación muy buena, cerca de bares y restaurantes y muy cerca del consulado americano, si tienes la necesidad de acudir es el lugar ideal para hospedarte, sin duda volvería

El hotel en general excelente un poco descuidado el baño la regadera pero el ruido de la zona está muy fuerte eso no me gustó nada

Su jardín el olor a lavanda y romero es una mezcla que te lleva relajarte me encantó, la arquitectura de la casa techos altos, las habitaciones son muy cómodas me gustó que las sábanas estaban súper blancas y limpias eso hace que tengas un mejor descanso.

I had an early check-in 7AM but no one gave me a tour of the facility. He just gave me a key and took me to my room. Later on my own I discovered the room had a phone on the wall behind the drapes or that I have a mini fridge and coffee maker.
Every morning I was awaken by random noises, someone hitting a dong throughout the morning and clanking of steel. Way too noisy and not a comfortable stay.

El tema del estacionamiento, puede ser un problema ya que no es seguro el encontrar lugar. Afuera hay parquímetro, sólo hay que bajar la app

La estancia porque es una casa tradicional pero está todo nuevo en las instalaciones, los jardines que hacen más fresco el ambiente y la ubicación cerca de Chapultepec para visitar cafeterías y restaurantes cercanos a la zona.

The location - Colonia Americana feels super safe. The hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants and more. The room's decor is super modern with wooden panels yet the building is very industrial and minimalistic. Small details like the nespresso machine and the tap bedside lamp are a great touch. Honestly a steal with where the rooms are priced. Would recommend to anyone headed to Guadalajara

Limited choice for breakfast - coffee and sweets only - though a few places around so easy to find a good spot.

Great location to visit and enjoy the city, reliable internet, nice staff, interesting design, comfy bed, good AC. There are a couple of gyms few blocks away that do day passes for a decent price.
The interior design is very nice but unfortunately there is a ceiling window in the bathroom that can't be closed and from the bedroom you can see all the light in the bathroom in the early morning.
The lights in the living room are design lights but not strong enough and it's impossible to get a good light in the night.
It's a pity they don't allow pets.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very well located and very Useful if you need to go to the USA consulate, which is only a couple of blocks away. Nice restaurants around to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The pillows were to high. Bathroom was small and windows did not properly closed.
Coffee was only available in the room the first day, with no replenishment during the stay. Breakfast was not available.

we enjoyed the design and architecture. front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
The shower pressure was weak and there was no shower handle (only rain shower above). One day they forgot to clean the room and another day the staff was still cleaning when we returned at 3:30pm and we had to wait. Espresso pods are only offered 1 day even though we stayed a full week.

the property was beautiful. there was lavender in bloom, the grounds were lovely, and the buildings were very clean. I loved the historical vibes.
the coffee shop on site was permanently closed. also, although the location is very good, the downside is that I could hear music from the clubs nearby until 4am and I’m a light sleeper.

small details could make it a 5 stars like they give you 2 capsules of coffee - per stay- that feels q bit cheap. the phone in the rooms doesn’t work, they change towels everyday with no need but don’t change the bath matt, as I said small details
