The staff are fantastic. Friendly, helpful, great tips for activities and where to eat. They helped me with getting food from a supermarket and some medicine from a pharmacy one day when I was not feeling well. They are super generous

the room was in the heart of lovely small city within walking distance of excellent restaurants and common city spaces. Our hosts were most excellent!!!

The two owners could not have been more helpful. They saved a parking space for us when we got lost in town traffic and made lunch and dinner reservations for us. Exceptional service and a beautiful, unique room. Highly recommend.

An amazing experience. Everything was perfect! The bedroom (Nina), the house, the emplacement, the comfort, the breakfast and especially the welcoming hosts, Ignazio and Simone. They made our stay in Sciacca a memorable experience. They gave us really good advices for the restaurant and things to do around. We spent two nights there but we wish we stayed longer.

We cannot recommend Domus Aleria highly enough! If you are looking for a beautiful, romantic place to stay with a uniquely Sicilian environment this is the perfect spot. I would recommend people visiting Sicily to go to Sciacca just to stay here! The rooms are gorgeous. Ignazio and Simon have worked to preserve a stunning old apartment close to their hearts with gorgeous tiling, stained glass and beautiful balconies while adding contemporary (but very much complementary) modern adornments which actually highlight the uniqueness of the original design. One of the days we opted not to sight-see just so we could rest and relax in our beautiful room. Ignazio and Simon were warm, welcoming and generous in offering us details about Sciacca, the surrounding area and their recommendations tailored to what we were looking for. We were so sad when we had to move on.

Brand new stylish interiors in an old building, centrally located. Room was large, high sealing, very comfortable bed, high quality art on the walls. Attention to every detail of furnishing and decoration was very impressive. Ignazio and Simone are fantastic hosts, friendly, welcoming and helpful. We've got recommendations about dining, advice on many things in Sciacca. The breakfast is a few steps away at the nice cafe next to the cathedral. The town, with its rich history and interesting sites, is full of unique character. Central location means a parking situation is, well, a situation. Prior to arrival we've got detailed instruction about our parking options, and Ignazio solved the issue by parking our car. All the rest was simply perfect. We had a great stay thank to Ignazio and Simone.

The street has many restaurants and shops, and on weekend there was more activity than we expected, so be ready to deal with some noise.
