Very nice apartments. Absolutely fantastic for the money considering the good location, the spaciousness and the facilities. Having a full kitchen and a Lidl around the corner was very convenient and cost-efficient.
Really impressed by the friendliness of all the staff: the receptionists who I rang several times and were always highly efficient in dealing with everything, and the cleaner who chatted briefly.
Stayed in a Deluxe apartment and later extended the stay in a Studio. The Studio faces a road and can be noisy with traffic (but mainly this quietens down by night); the Deluxe was fine. The apartments are reasonably well-equipped but lacked some basics such as tea towels, coat hangers or replacement toilet paper and bin bags. Nevertheless these are rather minor faults compared to how good the apartments are in general.

Nice location, cooperative staff, hassle free check in -faciltated hugely by staff to check in early. Kids loved the apartment and were so happy and comfortable. Great place to stay for family

Location on edge of town good. Spacious modern apartment. Nice big TV. Windows that open wide.
No tea towel, hairdryer, vac, mop etc these items are necessary when you stay for a week. One toilet roll and one bin bag for a week again not enough. Washer/ dryer didn’t dry clothes. Sofa very uncomfortable. Decoration drab. Whilst it was clean a lot of the walls were marked. Shower not very powerful. Wouldn’t stay again

Spacious, well presented apartment with ensuite shower room.
It was a particularly cold night and I didn't suss the heating out so woke in the night feeling cold and could have done with a thicker duvet or more bedding.

The property was modern and decorated very nicely, it looked like they had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted
We stayed in an apartment round the front and we found it quite busy and noisy as in you could hear the cars and people passing by. We could also hear the movement from upstairs, this woke us up a couple of times at night.
Unfortunately although the property was decorated to a nice level and had good appliances, the property seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly there was dust on the sofa, the bin was so dirty, toast crumbs on the toaster, the fridge wasn’t clean. the bed sheet didn’t fit on the mattress, you expect these things to be clean.

All the receptionist man working evening Ellie Tina extremely professional and top class , very clean apartment, their was minor issues which wasn't problem to me , but overall having been to suites all over , this is by far the best and obviously run well with pride and excellence , Great job Management 👍

Great staff, they were so helpful when I needed to extend for work commitments.
Great space. Like a one bed flat with all the competitors you need.
Only downside. We didn’t know about the cleaning and no one came. When we did ask about it. We did get some cleaning and some items restocked.

No coat hangers, no tea towel, no mirrors in bedrooms just in bathroom .

it was warm once I put the heaters on
it was tiered and needed painting, marks all over the wall. Areas of toilet and sink were grimy. the Tv and wifi didn’t work.
the bedding and towels were old.

It was really easy I would just say maybe the hotel could contact before to take deposit details rather than over the phone before giving details of the code for the keys. It was a bit awkward waiting but then it was so exceptional inside this was soon forgotten.
Just having to call and then give card details for deposit while at the hotel already.

Not much first week apartment size was good but was in basement so very little light. location ok, kitchen ok.
Parking was awful, narrow entrance (had to pull wing mirrors in on my car to get down) and blocked in or out multiple times by other guests blocking the entrance with vans. Caused me to be late for 2nd day as had to go round all the other doors to find owner of the offending van. Later was already blocked when I returned so had to pay to park on street opposite. Called hosts to try and find culprit and they were not interested in helping. First week apartment size was good second week terrible, tiny with no table to work or eat at etc.
Poor communication from hosts and I'm still waiting for my receipts for the 2 stays.
