The view was amazing - somehow even better than the pictures. It felt very private and secluded, but was still close enough to a convenient store that forgetting small things wasn't a nightmare. The hot tub was perfect, and the grill had plenty of propane.

Anything negative is nitpicky. There is nothing we didn't like that would keep us from recommending this spot to others or from returning ourselves. My only real thing I can mention here is that there was one window that was dirty (the others were all very clean) and this was only an issue at all because it was one of the 2 main, living room windows that we were looking out of the entire stay.

The couches were dirty. When we removed the cushions to pull out the bed, they were crummy. The shower was really dirty. There was a huge clump of black hair in the drain and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. None of the outside lights worked. And the deck needs to be treated. We tripped and got cut/splinters from the peeling deck

Location, privacy, hot tub!

Porch lights didnt work had to get someone up there which was challenging then supposedly fixed it but hubby had to change out the bulbs, one light is broke where grill is, shower was a trickle, some wood areas on porch are broken, the toilet seat was loose, cleaned out the shower drain since it had black hair all it it (yuck), little fireplace didn't work (even tho it is summer), furniture uncomfortable. Wasps and Flies everywhere....so for 193.00/night maybe I will look harder next trip.

I loved everything about this place. My husband and I needed to get away for a few days together and this little home was perfect. We loved the big, beautiful, secluded property, and the home had everything you could need for a chill getaway.

The location is spectacular, and they provide everything you could need during your stay.

The water ended up being an issue. It smells and is very discolored. There was a drinking water dispenser provided with hot cold water options, but it was completely empty. So, no morning coffee. I arrived later, was only staying 1 night and leaving very early in the morning, so I didn't contact them about it. The killer for me was that the shower floor tiles were slimy, so I had to shower with flip flops on.

Sunrise at our the foot of our bed! It was BEAUTIFUL! We had to close the curtains at night, because the moon was so bright, but opened them to watch the sun coming up. We cooked supper there, and everything we needed was available. Didn't think we would use the hot tub, but got in it both nights. My husband even went fishing. The cabin was fairly close to all of the places we wanted to hike at. We just ran out of time. The BOC was very helpful, and convenient. Location was quiet and peaceful.

The only thing I would change is to add a floor lamp in the living room. I don't like overhead lights, but that's just a personal preference.
