1. Конечно это не 5 звезд и даже не 4. Нет своего пляжа. Бассейны особенно тот корабль на фото уже очень обветшали. Территория слишком большая это перебор. Просто прежде чем бронить посмотрите на гугл карту! Перемещаться по жаре можно только на багги. Пешком реально не пройтись, тк отель на рельефе и все дорожки не в тени деревьев а под пеклом солнца. Персонал просто ужасный. Были в другом отделе 5 звезд и там все супер услужливые везде хотят помочь. Тут значит машину на парковку на эту не ставь , хз почему. Нет и всё. К вечеру она уже забита вся и мы могли там стоять, а она ближе и удобнее. Тоже самое с мопедами. Или ставь далеко и все тут. С чего ? Да просто я не понимаю по англ говорит он иди и ставь. В бассейне есть прыжковая зона, но ее закрыли якобы для каяков. Хотя она длиной метро 50. Какой там каяк и зачем. По англ почти не говорят. Постоянно свистят как в аквапарке. Точно не рекомендую

L'établissement est très moderne et les maisons individuelles sont très agréables . Le personnel est très professionnel et très sympathique. les piscines sont top . Le cadre verdoyant est bien entretenu

Le ressort est immense , un peu démesuré . Pas grand chose à proximité pour se balader et dommage je n'ai pu tester la plage trop loin .

Breakfast was ok but there were a lot of people and some of them were not as polite as the value of the resort.

My family met a pregnant woman at the receptionist and she was so rude.

Resort's staff (reservation & front desk) didn't support with goodwill. Summary trouble: I booked 1booking through Booking.com & 2 bookings through agoda on Booking.com app. Unfortunately, guest couldn't arrive. Because of guest had personal emergency issue. And I called to resort's Reservation to ask for assistance to change the guest's name for 02 bookings through agoda. Res informed that if the guest arrive for checking-in that not match to name in original booking. Then resort will not support for checking-in. They refused & ask me contact to direct to agoda for change the name. Ok I can acknowledge that issue. I also contacted to Agoda. But it gave negative results. Therefore, I suppose 2 bookings through agoda that couldn't use anymore. And I had to make 2 another bookings on Booking.com & paid by bank transfer to resort before arrival date. And so what happen??? you know?? when my family arrived, front desk team was checking-in our family to 2 bookings through agoda. I also called to talk to front desk Ms Duyen around 7pm on arrival date. Before they run 2 bookings through Booking.com that duplicate. Front desk team sugguest me contact to Reservation for the payments of duplicate bookings. Because at night Reservation don't work. So in the morning next day I called to Reservation. And they inform me that couldn't assist for waive or just charge penalty. They inform that they have to apply full 2 nights no show. Because the revenue was run. So couldn't do anything. OMG this is not my faults. Your team mistake that didn't do anything or note when guest contact before to ask for assistance. I calle to Booking.com for help. they willing to support customer because of the technical's issue when make the booking. But what the Resort's Reservations & Front desk do for guest?
