Flat has everything that you need.

Central for town and restaurants, reserved parking spot, ground floor, so no stairs to carry luggage up, good value, comfy bed, good bathroom.

Needs a few more kitchen bits n pieces ( eg no tin opener, so no tinned toms with breakfast), no casserole type dish, and could do with a few more plates ( so you don't have to wash up between courses). Greasy marks on splashback of cooking area

Apartment stank of sewage throughout. The sofa bed was not fit for purpose - didn't open out properly and had springs poking through the surface, also no bedding was provided. The shower was dangerously hot.

Spacious, modern, clean and well equipped apartment. On a busy road but very little traffic noise. Easy check in details and all very professional.

The view over a builder's merchant's isn't the most inspiring but can't be helped. Otherwise terrific.

The flat had everything needed for living there for a few days and it was very clean everywhere.

The mattress was too soft (however, this is a personal preference). The bedroom's window looks on the main road and the cars' noise woke me up at 6 am every day. It took a while to adjust the bedroom blinds (which tend to leave gaps in between) so people from the street would not see inside the bedroom. The WiFi did did not work well in the kitchen but was fine in the bedroom.

Very noisy neighbours this week!

Location was good for our weekend stay as it was close to our son and to the centre of Loughborough. The apartment was clean and had all the essential cooking items needed. Had a fan in the bedroom and lounge as it was quite hot.

Could have done with a washing up bowl as the plug had a good in it, which made it difficult to wash up. The view from the kitchen looked out into a builders merchants, which was ok as it was not open when we were there. Could be a bit noisy if you had the Windows open as it was on a busy road.

Very easy from the train station and to walk into town.

Too close to main road so being on the street level, bedroom windows were locked. Might be claustrophobic to some.

Lovely flat in a well designed block of a few flats. Flat literally has everything you need ( only missing a dishwasher)

We had some issues with the smart lock/key system (due to our lack of understanding) but the manager responded straight away and was very helpful, this was appreciated. Good location and parking facility was good. Toiletries and tea, coffee etc. provided (we didn't expect them to be) which was nice. The shower takes a minute or so to warm up but once at the right temperature was lovely. Generally nice and clean and provides everything you need for a stay.

No blind in the kitchen window. Not the end of the world, but would have made us more comfortable and less exposed if there was one. Blind in bedroom didn't close properly, which does leave you a bit exposed when getting dressed etc. would be handy if this was rectified. The bed is more 3/4 size rather than double. We managed, but it wasn't ideal for 2 people really. It was however a comfy bed and it would be perfect for a solo traveller.
