La struttura al secondo piano di una palazzina con ascensore si trova a pochi metri dall'Ospedale Panico di Tricase. Ben collegata anche con gli autobus per Lecce che dista circa 40 minuti, ci si arriva senza difficolta con l'auto, parcheggi gratuiti (strisce bianche) sulla strada. Le camere ampie e luminose tutte con balcone e bagno privato, curate nell'arredamento e nei dettagli, i letti eccezionalmente comodi. Tutte le stanze dispongono di aria condizionata e di riscaldamento autonomo facile da gestire in autonomia. Un grazie particolare alla padrona di casa Signora Elisa per le facili chiarissime indicazioni ricevute e per la sua gentile e piena disponibilità, pronta soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Struttura consigliatissima non solo per chi deve recarsi alla vicinissima struttura ospedaliera ma, anche e soprattutto, per una vacanza di relax nel Salento.

No fridge was provided in the common area, WiFi didn't work, entrance door needed a lot of force to close and was very loud

The place is quite a surprise and does not correspond to expectations. It is located on the border of Tricase by the main road with lots of traffic in an old cement apartment building that is not very well maintained. You enter on the first floor to the right to a space that feels very uncomfortable, as there is no staff on site and it is all automated and the decoration of the place looks and feels like what you would find in a showroom for hotel decorations. It makes for a very uncomfortable stay and it is not at all warm and welcoming. The way the rooms are setup and the lack of staff does not make the space feel safe. There is a weird smell in the room that is a mix of cigarette smoke and cleaning liquid. Also, the morning “breakfast” is a pity and the coffee machine is not well maintained (needs to be serviced). I was very surprised that this hotel had such glowing reviews and decided to look closer at the ones I’ve seen on google only to realize that they were all fake.

Breakfast was very poor- just espresso coffee was available - two rusks with Jana and wafers

I liked everything. The guest was very kind and she helped me a lot!
