Las habitaciones de abajo las ventanas no tienen reja no puedes dejarlas abiertas y todo el que pasa te ve tienes que echar las cortinas y estar con la luz encendida Y no tienen cafetería en la publicidad dicen servicio de desayuno mentira no hay bares cercanos

AC didn’t work and we switched to a room that with AC did not work and we called this reception again but they did not act or did anything 

No water at the room and room service Reception closes at 22:00 So if you forgot the card in the room that is it

Reception hours at least to 23:00 Have water bootlegs in the room

Our flight to Alicante was delayed so we did not get to the property to 10:30pm. When we rang reception from the front gate, we were told that it was too late to let us in even though there was someone on the property. We had been dropped off by a cab and the hotel is pretty remote so we were stranded. The most shockingly bad service I have experienced at any hotel ever! Beware of booking at this hotel if you will need to check in later in the evening. You will not be admitted!

The room was extremely small and cramped, for a triple room. Nothing like the photos on the website. The 3rd bed was a small put you up put directly in front of door, which we had to walk around. It also has slats missing. I complained to reception, who brought another. This also had a slat missing. Definitely not what I expected for the price. The room was tired, bed very hard.

We just used the hotel as a base overnight and this suited us, overall the hotel probably needs a little TLC. The rooms were clean and aircon was good. We didn't eat breakfast but it was available at an extra cost.

Check in was very slow

Such a beautiful building. So old Spanish. That is why we chose it.

No tea or coffee… not even water. Only one bath towel between 2 adults ( yes we are married but somethings we don’t think we should share) also no soap at the sink… had to climb in the bath to get soap to wash hands after nipping to the loo! Pool area so unkempt… rubbish in the bin there for at least the 3 days that we were there. We might be wrong but we thought we booked an adult only hotel… at least the kiddy in the pool was sweet.

The period charm, authenticity and look. The owner, female receptionist and the two young housemaids. The swimming pool.

The Card Keys regularly stopped working. was told because this was because they were near our phones. However my Card Keys were not near our phones and still stopped working. The rooms were basic but sufficient. The air conditioning was poor and not adequate. Further cleaning under the bed an room corners required. Swimming pool area was littered with broken umbrellas which had fallen over. Breakfast was never on time at 09:00hrs. The bar area was a vending machine that eventually run out of water and never refilled.

The building is beautiful. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The formal garden was very pretty and there was a small pool that looked nice if you fancied a dip. Parking in the street wasn't a problem as it's in a quiet neighborhood.

Each room has just one key, rather than each guest having their own key. The air conditioning is operated by inserting your one room key into a slot, so you couldn't leave it running while you were out of the room as you needed your key. That said with the key inserted in the slot it still didn't work, and the remote control was missing so off we went to reception . There they had a box full of all the remotes for all the rooms (are they worried the guests will steal them)? With the remote control now in the room and machine operational it was noisy as it was connected to a pump for the drain; so you couldn't sleep with it on, and the room was hot cos you couldn't leave it running previously while you were out (remember the key in slot business?)... so we sweated. The bathroom was clean but the sink was blocked and didn't drain, as well as being small and crammed into a corner. There was nowhere to put your things as there wasn't a countertop, just one very small glass shelf to one side. The shower worked well but was one of those pre-formed plastic phone box items that was very cramped. The receptionists were friendly but very very disorganized. After the business with the air-conditioning we asked them to get us a taxi and although they tried, the one number they had kept having up so, no taxi.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel to visit. The grounds are lovely, with a pool surrounded by palm trees and greenery. The old finca is impressive and it is a good location close to the beach and city. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable.

Very private and extremely nice boutique hotel. Nice pool and tennis court

Room in first floor with windows facing to caffeteria tables. People sitting and eating in front of the window. The pool bar was closed ☹️ For that location nothing nearby you need to have a car to get around or ready to walk long distances.

Good value for money. The hotel has a pool.

Air conditioning was not really working. Also, not close to the beach or anything else (like restaurants) so you should have a car or know how to book taxis, etc. Due to Covid restrictions they only have breakfast on site so you need to organise the other meals.

Very cosy and quiet place. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpfull. Incredible garden and relaxing pool.
