In the very centre of Galway. Full kitchen, 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them with Jacuzzi.

If you have light sleep, it's quite noisy (you are in the same street as all the pubs). They need to check with the laundry service, some towels were not well washed.

Location was great!

Well appointed

It was very loud. And not very clean. Wifi was not working and we could not get a response from the staff

the rubbish was left in the hallway from the last guests, it was supposed to be picked up in the afternoon but it wasn’t. there was also a smell of fish in the kitchen which wasn’t the nicest. The communication with some of the phone numbers wasn’t good. Finally, we were rudely intruded on one our time of exit from the house, one staff member walked into the bedroom and then proceeded to rudely say are ye gona leave now ??? highly unacceptable that the rubbish and dirty laundry was left with us for 24 hours and then to have staff not even know on the door and announce themselves.

Great location!

Outdated furniture. Terrible uncomfortable couches. Beds were small they do not fit two humans comfortably at all. Cold water faucet came off when trying to turn on water. Carpet was disgusting and needs to be replaced or removed. No ventilation and hot. Windows are literally nailed shut upstairs and won’t open in most of the flat. Fire hazard! Windows were dirty and disgusting. Hall light upstairs stayed on all night led to little sleep. When trying to use the one window that would open for airflow and having the hall light blare in your eyes all night. Property managers unresponsive. Promised a visit never showed. Called and texted several times and no response. Almost left and went to Jurys hotel down the road. I actually feel like we should be given a credit back.

The code for the lock box key was incorrect. The maintenance guy was a teenager who was already in the apartment with a girl. There was a smell of fresh varnish in 2/3 bedrooms.
