We did have privacy, but we didn’t have WiFi for half of our stay as was part of our contract.

Several codes wouldn’t work when we arrived, and there was no one to greet us as stated. The yard and cement spaces were littered with fallen fronds and leaves that we had to clean. We were treated like second class in the arranged parking having to park further away than the house driveway even when no one was there. When a woman came to stay in the house, we found out she was only paying half of what we were paying for the Studio—with instant WiFi, more room, a screened area, close parking, and laundry facilities. What could have been a nice place to stay was ruined for us, and we do not recommend trusting Booking.com, Vacasa, or the owners of the properties to anyone.

Vacasa made several calls regarding my reaervation while I was at work the week leading up to our stay. The day of our stay they called 3 times to inquire the time of arrival which was frustrating as we did not even need to pick up keys.

The water was hot and the towels were clean

Issues with property 1. Did not know until we drove 100 miles that there was only one parking spot. Had to contact sheriffs dept to find somewhere to park took an hour to get there and an hour back. Called your offices and left 2 messages just trying to find out where to park no one called back 2. Screen on door has been cut 3. Lighted camera knocked down in parking area 4. Windows were not locked when we arrived 5. Wi-Fi does not work 6. Unit has not been thoroughly cleaned 7. Bed is not comfortable 8. Refrigerator making a noise 9. Remote doesn't work 10. TV doesn't work

Breakfast was great. The location was convenient and quiet.

Vacasa could have actually reached out to me earlier than the day of to notify me I was too young to rent.

Quiet and clean

No firepit, sheets were very stiff and very very wrinkled. Huge hole in the screen and you couldn't open sliding glass doors.

The location was nice and very quiet, with only a short walk to the beach. I personally like to be directly on the beach, but this location was good. The neighborhood & neighbors were nice.

We had to call in to get wifi service, but they fixed it quickly. The tub was very slippery, it needs a mat. The bed could be updated.

I liked the location of the property. We visited for a Jazzfest & it was close to Pier Park where it was held. It was also close to stores we frequented such as Target & Walmart. We also visited the pier, restaurants & stores along the way.

Keeping it short we had no Wi-Fi/internet access, there were gnats, no utensils only 1 large spoon & communication with staff was awful. We placed plastic bags above the vanity where we assumed the gnats were coming from, however they were still in the studio. We were accused of parking in the wrong spot when we weren’t even at the property, yet we weren’t ever called about the maintenance person coming out for the gnats & internet. The family in the front house (we were in the studio) shared being accused of disconnecting the router resulting in both homes being without access- it was a lie. We were told this same story explaining it was the reason we also had no access. We later saw the cable wires were disconnected in our room. We ended up purchasing an antenna just to enjoy a few channels once we came in from our day out. The family also shared having too little towels & not receiving returned calls/texts. They were frustrated & stated they considered going to Vacasa’s office in Panama City for some answers. I have and am alerting everyone about our experiences to avoid the same dissatisfaction. I was told I’d received $25 per day for the lack of Wi-Fi/internet access- I won’t hold my breath!

Such a sweet little cottage (the studio) 💕 a peaceful space. The owner has thought of everything! Hooks everywhere, a tea kettle, blender, nice lighting and thoughtful décor. Most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen, lots of appliances. Plenty of space for a big yoga mat and good wifi/google nest. The main house is great too with a charming screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood. Parking easy for both spaces (studio and house.) Close to beach and it's the less crowded end of PCB. Not far from Publix or Carousel. (Vacasa super responsive but really need to work on accuracy of this listing. Should put outside house picture on the front page and get rid of the wording that makes it sound like a condo. Select the space and drill down on either property...great pics there!)

The AC a little old and musty. Typical of Florida properties. Ceiling fans work great though!

very nice management. They helped getting everything set up for us so we could get in not even 20 mins after we booked it. house was very clean and well prepared.

Very cozy little retreat for a couples getaway. 2 blocks from the beach. Clean. And smoke free
