excellent location, pretty cottage well maintained and looked after

The cleanliness of the place was amazing, quiet neighbourhood, all home facilities were available. The town had lots of unique antique shops to explore, interesting confectionery shops and lively saturday market.

I don't know how long the host has been with hospitality business, the host was extremely rigid and inflexible with check-in and check-out times. Also not flexible for using car space for little extra time. The toilet lock on the first floor didn't work smoothly. The sink in the toilet downstairs needed some unclogging. If you want some flexibility with using the parking space, flexibility around check-in and check-out times then this is not the place to stay, this was my first and prehaps last experience with private property stay for travel. I have been to many countries and have stayed in many hotels across the globe, never experienced such a rigid host.

no dressing table or mirrors in the bedrooms to do make up or dry one’s hair. also, though nothing can be done about it the perpetual noise and mess from the pigeons, sitting in the garden getting dive bombed on by the pigeons!

The property is lovely and a real home from home. Alice met us and made us very welcome. Everything you need is there and the town centre is about 10 minutes walk away. The house is comfortable and extremely clean and is a perfect base for Arundel or towns nearby. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend Yew Tree House.

Not much to say here! Perhaps a cafetiere in the kitchen and some salt and pepper... but I'm searching for things to say!
