Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through the end of 2024. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Property Manager will not provide any refunds due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area. Relax in luxury in this three bedroom three bathroom penthouse condo featuring stunning views of the Keystone Resort ski slopes! Enter into the spacious living room featuring a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable furniture to seat the entire family. Open up to the biggest private balcony in all of The Springs, and you will not be disappointed with the spectacular views and the outdoor dining area. The well appointed kitchen features granite counters and new appliances. Serve your entire family at the massive dining room table which seats up to 10 people with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and a private balcony entrance. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a shower/whirlpool tub combination, and a separate water closet. The second primary bedroom features a queen size bed, a TV, and a private balcony entrance. The en suite bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with twin over full. The hallway bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

The Springs also features a fitness room, sauna, fire pit, nursery, pool table, movie theater room, and ski lockers. Take advantage of the courtyard which features an outdoor dining area and a grill. There is a heated underground parking garage for your convenience. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to and from the slopes, as well as the village restaurants and shops!

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else.
