The layout was great, the location is perfect and the beach is stunning.

The rooms, the eclectic wouldn’t work, the fuse box was hanging off the wall which was dangerous sleuth my son. The air con was not great, the beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on. They were like camp beds. The food was terrible, fish fish and more fish. Not a great selection. What little I did eat I suffered food poising for 7 days afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for these reasons. It was terrible.

This was friends vacation, best location, the grounds are kept well, beautiful garden, very friendly staff, amazing spa service. I would go there again. Food was amazing!

My only issue the rooms are outdated, wifi is very very weak.

Hotel facilities were great, animation put good shows on for the kids, tennis courts r free that was good, mini golf course is a little run down. Bedrooms are small for a family of 4, but we managed and this didn’t alter our good time, rooms were very clean. Lots of cats around the hotel which the kids liked. Good cocktails at the bar. Was always something for everyone regarding the food. Sometimes was a little cold but due to it being end of season was understandable.

The gardens were gorgeous. The sunset view was nice.

We booked for three nights and left after one- if the hotel weren't so far away from the main area, we would have walked to another hotel in the middle of the night. The beds were terrible, too short for my husband who is 6'2'', with blankets that were scratchy and dingy and thin and the worst pillows. Loud dance music playing at full volume until 2am. We asked for extra pillows, hoping to get an ounce of sleep. They said they would bring them up, but never did. Whole place was dated and dingy. The drinks were made from mystery liquor. The food, though a very large selection, was mostly inedible with a few basic options that were ok. One of my most disappointing vacation nights ever, and I have stayed in $3 bungalows in Thailand.

-Rooms are big,well cleaned and designed. - Staff are very helpful,polite and good at their profession. - food and restaurants are well designed, meals are tasty and enough you can reach food any time in different locations. -if you are travelling wih your family or kids, aquapark is also plus. -please ignore bad reccomendations, its a very good all inclusive hotel for stay.
