We were travelling with the family of three little kids at the age of 6, 4 and 2 and I cant imagine better place for a stay in Prague with kids. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good and offers everything you need, including very good tea selection. Our room was spacious and faced the forest, so it is perfectly quiet place for kids to rest. There is a playground in the area and a forest nearby, the hotel can be accessed either by car or by public transport. But the most important for us was great host, Eva. She took great care of us and made us feel home. It is the second time we stayed as a family in the hotel and I can say that once we are in Prague again we know where to go and what to expect. We recommend Dolce Villa to travellers that either travel with families or need a quiet place to concentrate on something and recover. There is also spa area which we did not use yet and tennis court on the other side of the road.

the hotel was clean and the location was great. free parking spot which it was very useful

the hotel it self is a bit old, the stained carpet the furniture and the design. the bed was not comfortable at all (thin wool mattress on a wooden plate) toilet paper was the cheapest one can buy. No proper soap, conditioner or lotion. And No WARM WATER!!!

everything - place is not convenient - staff is very rude - reception, cleaning staff, room service noone noone never friendly - facilities are almost none - no slippers no shampoo no soap no toilet paper - some silly snacks in the mini bar for a too high price - no 24 hours reception - they lock the door at 10 pm - you may be locked in the hotel if you don’t talk to them beforehand - sheets were smelling - saw bugs in the room - the water at the taps is very weak - hot water is not stable…

Location is the only advantage

Breakfast is a package kept at the fridge in the lobby. Single sandwich and moist crosoint. Loud as does are not even sealed.

Really big room with mini-bar and office desk, quiet place with parking, not far from center. Ideal location if you travel by car

We loved our stay. Best hotel sleep in very long time, the beds were very firm and comfy, very quiet location, no city noise at all. Takes only about 25mins to get downtown with public transport

Maybe take away some of the carpeting as one can see stains.
