The place was located by a very nice private beach with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurant.

Everything was perfect!

Very beatiful place to stay with family - nice privacy, small nice beach just very close, room is quite big and clean. What a great was a very helpful stuff - they help us with everything, e.g. with repairing the scooter for us, very nice on our small kids etc.

There was nothing bad. Only one unpleasent matter is the every evening loud music from surrounding Sangtian BEach Resort which sometimes was quite annoying. But this is of course not a problem of our resort.

The location was amazing... just a few meters away from your very own (mini private) beach. It was pretty quiet during the week & at the weekend, the locals came for a chill-out but were still not overrun. Our room was massive, not modern but we loved the local vibe. Onsite, you could purchase a few snacks, soft drinks & beer. Right next door was a local restaurant which we ate & drank at every day (the internet here was also super) The staff were also great, attentive but not invasive. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended it for 2 days.

The WIFI was not that strong & did drop out a lot. The one big problem was mosquitoes & sand flies. The first few days were fine but then for some reason, we got bitten day & night. We had plenty of mosquito repellent but after a while, they still got ya. Do yourself a favour & buy those burners (from the 7/11) & use them at dawn & dust. It will improve your stay believe me. Also, I read online, that lavender or tea tree oil rubbed on the skin will help deter them. This is not a negative for the hotel...just nature :)

I like this beach, it's so private but small. Have the trees and bed very near beach.

Sangthain beach is far from the pier and other attractions. No Local transportation serve you all the time. So we advice to rent a motorcycle for your convenience.

the little but not so clean private beach.

almost everything , no soap no nothing , they only provide towels, toilet paper and 3 bottles of water. If you have injuries or back pain then is this not the place for you coz it’s very steep to reach everything and so on. The door lock is also not working. If you wanna have a spartanic stay , ok. And one more thing: you need definitely a scooter or calling a taxi to get something to eat.

Location is between Sangtian beach and Lung Dam beach, with several minutes walk. Quiet and small private and beautiful beach. Friendly and helpful staffs. Fast Wifi for free. Taxi can be pooled with cheaper fares at Sangtian Beach Resort (nearby resort).

The proper is rather dated. No cleaning during stay. Resort has no shops and restaurant but guests can walk to the nearby resorts. Those at Sangtian Beach Reasort are overpriced with extra charge for non-guests but place is very nice. Those at Lung Dum Beach are more reasonably priced.

Staff is nice and take a good care.

No breakfast, towel is not clean, barriers to separate a wet zone in the bathroom is broken.
