Cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-suited to the needs of our large crew (12 adults and 10 kids). A little surprised at its close proximity to neighboring cabins, but they seemed empty so noise/privacy wasn't an issue. Mountain facing decks are west facing, so most comfortable in the morning and after sunset as the direct sun is intense in the afternoon. Parking is tight for more than 4 cars, but overflow spots are available. Only real complaints were the lack of an available broom (we had messy kids) and a broken freezer door that made frozen items melty. Also couldn't find the electric skillet that was listed as available. Would definitely recommend the rental, particularly if not concerned with having an isolated spot or any outdoor space suitable for running young children. We spent most of our time hanging out together or at the pool (small and pretty dirty but worth it anyway) with a couple of trips into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Had a fantastic long weekend.

Everything looks great except the WIFI connection which is very week and couldn't get anything done.

Everything was clean and in working order. We loved the cabin and hopefully will be back to the same cabin next year.

Great location. Nice lay out of the cabin. Good room size on main and upper floors.

The queen rooms on the lower level work well for the additional guest.

Only compliant is on the first night there was a very heavy rain storm and water was pooring into the master bed room and into the kitchen table.

The maintenance people were a little slow in responding and all the did was place empty trash cans under the area where the water was entering.

Picture Perfect is a beautiful cabin and I would recommend this cabin to friends and family.

I absolutely loved my stay at Eden Crest cabins. This is my second time renting with them and I can say that I have not been disappointed. The cabins are just as breathtaking as the pictures advertise and include all the amenities and comforts you'll need during your stay in the mountains. They have a great location that isn't too steep up a mountain and the craftsmanship of these homes are spectacular. My guests and I thoroughly enjoy the game equipment that comes with these rentals, you won't ever have to leave your rental with all the entertainment you'll have indoors. Our view was amazing and the lot was still very private with enough space between neighbors. You can tell that all of their guests enjoy themselves and you can meet others in this resort to socialize with as well. Furthermore, our cabin was clean and bedding was super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and the whole cabin was impeccably decorated. My career is in home building and design industry and I can say that Eden Crest surpasses any other cabin I've rented with when it came to quality, design, and craftsmanship. My only not so positive points was that we did not have our own internet network connected and no one came out to fix it and it would be nice if the bathrooms included either little bar hand soaps as we did not anticipate each bedroom having to buy their own. Otherwise this cabin was literally "Picture Perfect". I will continue to rent with Eden Crest and recommend to others to rent with them you will be glad you did.

It was a birthday celebration with 12 family members 10 who had never been to the smokies. The cabin was very nice. We had a few problems with the freezer door that wouldn't open( turns out the track was iced over) and a bedroom door that wouldn't close. We had to call several times(3-4) before someone finally came to fix them. Lastly the cabin had lots of little fruit flies or gnats which was very annoying. All in all we had a good time and will go back again one day. This was my second stay at Black bear ridge and the first time was perfect, so I look forward to experiences similar to that in the future.

It was absolutely amazing! We had 26 people total and there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortable. The view was breath taking! There was plenty to keep the kids busy and the pool was right arou d the corner from us. It was nice and clean and comfortable. We are already starting plans for next year's trip!! Thank you!!

It was AWESOME!!! Picture Perfect was just that...perfect. We had 7 couples who did not have to share a restroom or see each other everyday. The beds are so comfortable. At times, I got lost in my room and forgot that I actually was in the home with 13 other people. It would be a great cabin for a big group or multiple families. The only complaint I have is that the shower head is high up in the shower, and the water did not stay hot for 14 people, so I know it would not stay for 22 people. However, with that being said I would stay there again in an heartbeat.
