1975 Starfire Townhomes
This large town home nestled in West Keystone is updated, and located on the free shuttle route. Upon entering the unit you are greeted with a large entry way mud room, great for storing all your year round recreational gear. Making your way to the second story of the townhome, you're greeted with an open layout and huge vaulted ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen has gorgeous black appliances, plenty of storage and beautiful granite counter tops. The dining area has seating for six, as well as a breakfast bar for an additional four people. The living room features a flat screen TV, Sound bar, vaulted ceiling with stone fireplace, and large exterior windows to allow for plenty of natural light. Step out onto the large private patio and enjoy the fresh air, or take advantage of the private grill for a summertime cookout.
On the third floor of the townhome is the primary bedroom which boasts vaulted ceilings, a queen sized sleigh bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has been remodeled with no expense spared. River rock floor, granite dual vanity sinks and shower heads, plenty of storage, and pink Himalayan salt lamps ensure the ambiance is just right after a nice long shower. The first guest bedroom is also on the top floor, featuring a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom is on the main floor and features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom is on the entry floor with four twin sized beds and a TV.
The townhome has many amenities for your convenience, including a private garage for one vehicle with room for a second vehicle in the driveway, a private stacked washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and 2 outdoor shared hot tubs at Starfire with wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains. The free Keystone shuttle bus also picks up outside Starfire to take you to the lifts!

Our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
There is parking for two vehicles. One in the private garage, and one in the driveway.
We cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
