Excellent location.

Helder y Dulce son muy buenos anfitriones. Siempre muy atentos y amables. El apartamento lo tienen muy cuidado y está decorado con mucho detalle y mucho cariño. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

El hecho de que sea un bajo hace que estés muy a pie de calle y no puedas tener abiertas las ventanas por falta de intimidad.

A memorable stay in a beautiful, modern apartment near to the old town square - Aveiro is a beautiful place and we spent two nights here in comfort as part of our road trip - excellent welcome from the owner too - highly recommended 😀

It was ground floor looking out onto the street - the only improvement would be a view of the river - but this did not detract as we were out and about most of the time anyway

The flat is very nice and the location is great. Feels spacious for what it is.

It smells pretty bad/musty in the flat, which is not very nice. The bed was a bit small for two and fairly uncomfortable. The bathroom could be a bit better designed, there's lack of space for putting things and hanging towels and so on. There was a coffee machine but no capsules

Parking difficult on streets outside. Best to use the car park on the other side of the canal (only a short walk away)

Location is perfect to visit aveiro. The flat is grand new, spacious and well-equipped.

The flat was on the ground floor, it was a bit dark.
