first of all the check in was across the street in a 24 hr Hotel Dive, that was so smoke filled we couldn’t sit in the lobby, the lady took a bag over and went to clean the apartment then took us across the street to the apartments wasn’t Smokey in lobby , we went upstairs to our room 5a smelled like bad fish, we went in room our room smelled of smoke , we had to make up bed only sheets on bed, the split air conditioner would not work so we checked coffee situation the hot pot kettle had sludge in bottom , no coffee pods at all no tea nothing , the one coffee cup in the room had old rings of coffee inside looked like it was just rinsed not clean, the bathroom toilet was running and leaking from the base , we never unpacked we took the keys across the street and left to another hotel downtown, I was horrified at the condition, I will never use booking.com again

The mattress is the worst quality I have ever slept on. Anyone would wake up with back pain from this.

there was no hot water during our whole stay and the hotel could neither offer a solution nor compensation. in response the hotel suggested they already upgraded up in advance. the upgrade? a bath. with cold water. regarding the hotel response: it is not really useful for two people to have hot water for just a few minutes. if i say there was no hot water i mean that there was no hot water to shower with. i am not sure why you are debating this.

Breakfast wasn't included. Location was not far from the metro station or coffee shops. Large balcony with excellent soundproofing. Nice shower room. Newly renovated studio apartment. Very clean.

We changed between two rooms during our total stay and neither had any hanging rail or wardrobe for clothes. The road itself was a bit scruffy and the balconies overlooked that road. The kitchen area had no microwave and no facility for heating anything up. Very basic. We had an emergency issue with printing our boarding passes whilst in Piraeus and the owners/reception staff weren't exactly helpful when we asked if they could allow us to use their printer or print them out for us. Their English wasn't very good so as long as all goes well and there are no problems then they are pleasant.

Comfortable large room at a great location with an easy walk to the port, metro and train stations. Kettle for tea and Nespresso machine with a few pods supplied.

Good location in the heart of Peiraias, only few mins from the port. We arrived late at night but we were able to check in with no issues. Room was clean and comfy. Overall this is a fair option within a budget.

Neighbourhood didn't look particularly nice.
