الفندق يقع على شارع حيوي ولكن الفندق لم يجدي اي اهتمام لوضع نوافذ ذات عزل جيد لا تستطيع التحدث في الهاتف ولا تستطيع النوم في اي وقت بسبب الضوضاء ولا يوجد حل بتغيير الغرفة The hotel is located on a street But the hotel did not pay any attention to placing windows with good insulation that does not affect the spread of diseases on the phone and does not affect sleep at any time due to the noise, and there is no solution to change the room.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying here, and I must say that my overall impression was extremely disappointing. The hotel failed to meet my expectations on several levels, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. First and foremost, the comfort of the beds and pillows was severely lacking. Both the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and provided little support, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired. The room was dusty, and it was evident that the level of cleanliness did not meet even the basic standards. This greatly affected my overall enjoyment of the stay, as cleanliness is an essential aspect of any accommodation. In addition, the noise level in my room was intolerable due to its location overlooking the Main Street. The windows did not provide adequate soundproofing, resulting in constant disturbances from the loud noises outside. This significantly impacted my ability to relax and enjoy my stay. Another letdown was the breakfast service. Although I was informed that breakfast would start promptly at 6:30, I was disappointed to find that by 7:00, there were still no hot pancakes, waffles, or eggs available. The kitchen staff explained that they were busy and would only start serving these items at 7:30. This delay was inconvenient and prevented me from having a satisfying breakfast before starting my day. Considering the aforementioned issues, I cannot recommend [Hotel Name] to others. The uncomfortable beds and pillows, subpar cleanliness, noise disturbances, and unsatisfactory breakfast service significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve the quality of the establishment for future guests. As a guest, I expected a comfortable and clean environment, along with the promised amenities and services. Regrettably, my stay did not meet these expectations.

We asked for early check in They asked us to pay half of the price Other hotels offer this for free specifically if there is room available I don't think it's the receptionist fault since he is following the rules!

الإزعاج المستمر من الشارع حيث كانت ابواب البلكون غير عازلة للصوت وكان مزعج بشكل مستمر اصوات السيارات والصباح اصوات العمل في الطوابق الاخرى

Internet and hotel lobby were only good things about the place

If u have a car dont stay here. Parking design worst ever. If yoy have a big car say hello to scratches Room carpet had stains . No view .. room wasnt properly cleaned found empty bottle of water and chocolate wrapings under sidetable

The location was excellent as it is within walking distance (given Saudi summer temperature). The interior is excellent and service friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay here again.

1- there us a building that is being built beside the hotel , they are working 24h a day , the noise is too high in the room , i cald the reception to change the room because of the sound, they sead its not our fault that there is work beside us !!! 2- usually when i come early to check in and there is availability, the hotels dosent take any fees , but this hotel took 200SR for early check in
