Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit dem Service

1. Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück war sehr unfreundlich, hatte stets ein mürrisches Gesicht, diese war auch ständig mit Ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Man musste dort Platz nehmen wo die Servicekraft es wollte obwohl genügend Tische/Plätze frei waren. Gründe dafür gab es keine. 2. Die Brötchen waren größtenteils von den Vortagen. 3. Im Badezimmer Im App. 105 im The Gentleman war das Waschbecken mehr als nur klein, darauf konnte man nichts ablegen (Max.eine Zahnbürste !) es gab auch keine andere Ablage im Badezimmer. Es waren auch keine Hacken für Handtücher etc vorhanden. Eine totale Fehlinstallation obwohl es nahezu neu war.

Die Lage ist super zentral. Mit geschlossem Fenster und Klimaanlage kann man gut schlafen auch wenn auf dem Platz am Abend viel läuft, da super dichte Fenster. Mit offenem Fenster und lärmempfindlich eher schwieriger.

Das Badzimmer war super sauber etc. Ist zwar ein Luxusproblem aber auch wichtig: keine Ablegeflächen für Badeutisilien etc. - dafür aber ein Glasslavsbo :)

Die Lage war super

Es ist super klein. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, man muss zum anmelden in ein anderes hotel (250m weiter) sich dort anmelden. Dort ist dann auch das Frühstück.

Non c’è la reception. Personale mancante e per niente accogliente. La colazione è servita in un altro albergo da una cameriera sempre arrabbiata. Nel bagno non ci sono accappatoi. Non è un 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle.

Camera ben curata così come l'intera struttura. Si vede che è un posto nuovo e pulito. La ragazza che ci ha accolte è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Non ho scattato foto della camera ma posso garantirvi che corrispondono esattamente alle immagini che trovate su Booking, tutto Bolton bello. Complimenti, ci tornerei.

Mi è dispiaciuto soltanto che a colazione, una persona con una malattia come la mia (la celiachia) mi sia dovuta accontentare delle solite merendine del supermercato piuttosto potrebbero fare qualcosa in più. In generale la colazione per chi non ha problemi era veramente ricca e buona.

-The location of the hotel is really nice. Lots of restaurants and bars are surrounded. Supermarkets only 3-5mins walk. It is also close to the beach (10 mins walk). -The room and the bed are very comfortable. -Good air conditioning. -We can watch Netflix and YouTube from the TV. -Relatively quiet in the room, although it is located in the city center. -The breakfast is provided in the other hotel (5mins walk), but it is fine for us. The breakfast is nice and offers lots of choices. - the cleaning lady and the breakfast lady are friendly and lovely.

In general, everything is fine and we are happy. Maybe only small remark: it is written on the website there are house shoes, but there is no.

Location is super! I also loved the mattress because if I like firm beds. The breakfast is located in another hotel and it’s very good.

There is no reception. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The hanger for toilets in the bathroom came out and no one took the time to fix it before we arrived. Therefore there were 2 holes on the wall and no place to hang up the towels. I believe for the price we paid those details should had been taken care of. The lady serving breakfast wasn’t very friendly. Plus one day she told us off for arriving at 10.20 when breakfast finish at 10.30

It is centrally located on the square. Loved the decor.

It was very small barely any space for our luggage and to move around the room.

Fantastic location in the main piazza, very comfortable room with a big bathroom, friendly staff and great breakfast.

The location was splendid. The room was meticulously clean and the bed was comfortable and big.

the room was truly beautiful and I loved the spa tub. looked just like ad which is not always the case! front desk staff and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful and patient with my lack of Italian great location

only complaint was hard to find. if directions had just included was right behind Elf Bar life would have been easier. partly on me as my google maps was down - kind strangers were helpful

The central location of accomodation, very clean and we liked the design of the room. We appreciated good communication also.

The bathroom door was a bit problem, you have tontry several times to close it..

Nice hotel in the heart of Tropea with good access to all the city has to offer. Beautiful beaches, many bars and restaurants nearby, The room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday and the bathroom was modern with a nice power shower.

Room on the smaller side with no coffee/tea facilities in the room and the bed was quite hard. Breakfast was in a different hotel about 5 min walk away but not the end of the world.

great location in one of the main pedestrian squares in Tropea, very helpful host who showed us where to park and took great care of us. Restaurants and bars just downstairs from the accommodation, however no noise issues for us.

Well appointed room, spotlessly clean, espresso machine in the hallway outside, great breakfast a short stroll up the road. Comfy bed.i would stay here again!

It would be nice to have a 12 o'clock check out time so you can relax a bit after breakfast.

When we finally found the little label by the door we had to ring the bell. From the co-hotel a lady arrived in 5 minutes. The check-in was actually fast and kind. Our double room was very small but anyway nice. The breakfast was in 200m in Colombia D'Oro on the 2nd floor, it was OK, nothing special.

+ very modern and comfortable hotel + spacious rooms + free parking in front of the hotel + 2 minutes away from the old town

Location. Room was immaculate. and a welcoming smile from staff

The location was great - right on a central piazza so we could easily go in and out to our room to get things. You are walking distance from the train station and also the beach. Breakfast was phenomenal especially with the wonderful Valentina and wonderful pastries (as well as cheese, meats, fruit, etc.) The hotel was very clean. Our room was small but that was the one we selected so no complaint there. An espresso machine was available on our floor. There was a refrigerator in the room and some waters were provided. We were allowed to keep our bags at the hotel when we arrived early before check in.

It would have been nice to see if we possibly could have checked in early. I understand that cannot alway happen but I got the impression the person at the desk did not really check when I requested it.
