Location was perfect as we were visiting friends and went to the santapod car show and Rushden lakes so it was ideal. Very peaceful too, would love to come back and stay. The carpet is lovely and clean and they have a no shoes policy which obviously preserves the carpet. The decor is lovely and really felt like a home. There were 3 toilets which is a bonus and 2 bathrooms.
There were A LOT of spiders, cob webs and flies above all the windows inside the property, it might be worth mentioning this to this cleaner to dust around the windows. Some repairs are also needed around the ceiling in the kitchen and around the windows (looks like water damage) and some fresh paint to compliment the lovely decor as this was a bit of an eye sore and let the property standard down. The duvet cover was worn and bobbly so uncomfortable to sleep in and the mattress in the ensuite bedroom was too soft for me but that’s just preference the sofas were also uncomfortable and new kitchen utensils would be a nice touch too. However these are all minor fixes and would prevent me booking again.

Beautiful house, plenty space, bedding was lovely and soft. Had a downstairs toilet which was great as one of our party has mobility issues. He also got the ensuite which had a more accessible shower than main bathroom. Good base for visiting places - train station nearby with direct trains to London. Also good for visiting Whipsnade Zoo and Bletchley Park. There did appear to be nice walks nearby but we didn't use any as we had other plans for our short stay.
Could have done with a folder with some instructions how to use things, and details of which recycling bins were which, and perhaps some local information. Host was very good at answering questions but I'd rather have not had to disturb her.
The furniture and furnishing were lovely but I was a bit nervous of having a glass table. The property also sleeps 5 and the dining table is only big enough for 4. Could do with some coat hooks in downstairs hallway. There are some major utility works on the main road past the development, which was a bit of a shock on arrival, but not visible from the property and didn't have any impact on us.

Lovely new, spacious & clean house. Easy communication with the owner.
Sleeps 5 but only 4 dining chairs. Lack of cooking utensils especially knives. No information leaflets/ instructions for anything eg appliances, TV & heating. Beds not particularly comfortable but then mattresses are a personal thing. Bins were already full when we arrived so difficult to dispose of our own rubbish.

The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. Suited us as located close to Santa Pod.
We note that the main bedrooms mattress was very comfortable, the other 2 beds could have been a bit better. 1 bed was very low to the ground, and the second beds mattress could have been more supportive.

Very clean new build in a quiet area. Short drive away from the river, Tesco's and Santa Pod. Plenty of storage. Off street parking. Lots of facilities. Like a home from home. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.
What would be handy are bigger towels, although there were plenty of them, some wine glasses and outdoor seating in the garden. Not a criticism. Just an observation.

Incredible a whole house for that price was amazing so modern with sound bar Netflix & very comfy beds perfect. Off street parking which was brilliant for me as I was heading to Santa pod.
