The location was fantastic.
There was 1/2 roll of toilet paper. The carpets were really dirty. Steep stairs. Living room wasn’t comfy.

The Airbnb is keyless and that was great...no forgetting keys or looking for them. Loved using the code for the main door and house door!
Inside was beautiful and relaxing....loved the windows and the ones facing the wall at the back meant that you can still have them.open and not worry about lookers. I didn't get to use much of the kitchen as l was travelling for work but looked nice and equipped. The bathroom was my fav ...very spacious, lots of light and neat. I love my bath times!!! Next fav room was bedroom....actually watched TV there while working on the bed...lots of light but has black darkening curtains for night time. Didn't use the lounge a lot but it was spacious and welcoming.
Parking is a great added win for this property...l didn't have to worry about my car since l could walk to almost anyway.
I wish there was a way to describe the building or put the building picture on the welcome instructions. I had to get out of my car and walk around the street to figure out which building and which door to use. Once l found it it was great.
Didn't like the sheets...the bottom sheet is too large or too small....but it came off during sleep.

The lack of access to the room, even though I stated my early arrival time at the time of booking. The Charlie-Foxtrot for parking, paying for parking, not returning my phone calls during attempts to enter the room, the $60.00 Cleaning Fee and having to stand in the parking garage to change into my business meeting clothes because I could not get into the room.

I absolutely loved the decor and how big the bathroom was.
I absolutely hated the stairs getting into the apartment. Getting in and out of the apartment put all 4 of us in tremendous pain. I don’t recommend this place if stairs can be an issue.

The unit was very clean and the bed comfortable.
It was very confusing finding the property since it was located next to the Taste of Belgium. The address number blends into the color of the building. Once we found it, getting in and out of the building was quite easy.

The response from the host and property manager was very fast and helpful ! Great place nice view very comfortable apartment. You will feel at home! Access to alot of restaurants, bars and minutes away from Kroger
I didn't like The cleaning fee being added to each day you stay. The room says $65 then $155 after you click to reserve. Which I booked 2 days and charged me $234. But it was all worth it. I extended my stay and felt at home

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. OTR is a nice, developing area which seemed safe and pleasant to stay in. We came to town for the game at Paycor stadium and although its a 15 minute walk - it is definitely achievable or "uber close" (5 minutes).
The secondary bedding (blow up mattress) wasn't optimal but appreciated. The stairs @ the front of the property are significantly steep +++ and travelling internationally with luggage this posed a challenge to me as a relatively strong middle aged man and could definitely see this posing a problem for older individuals.

Overall the trip went fine.
Because the location is very central you can hear street traffic well (including the streetcar which passes just outside) and a lot of neighbours' HVAC equipment on the other side of the bedroom wall. The ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear the people above clomp in their shoes, sneeze, etc. Pretty standard noise for city condos though.
There is no elevator, so if like me you have heavy luggage, keep in mind there is a flight of stairs.
My phone reception was not great. It might vary by network so you might be luckier.
I think the living room needs hooks and/or more counter space -- I had to store a lot of stuff on the floor.
In the kitchen a kettle would help -- the smallest pot has white stuff in it so to make tea on arrival I had to boil water in a medium-sized pot.

Condo was Excellent except, We had to travel a sharp flight of Stairs to get to Condo with bags....NO elevator!
Had a problem with the thermostat went into email and called property manager and on site manager no answer.

Location was the best. There are very good to exceptional restaurants nearby. The Cincinnati Music Hall is about a 5 minute walk away. There is even a Kroger supermarket within easy walking distance. The condo is new. Parking is in an enclosed parking garage.
Anything I could write here would require my being unfairly picky!

Nicely located with a lot of restaurants close to the apartment. Easy to get in and out of the apartment except for the stairs.
The room was on a second floor with no elevator. I was not aware of this issue when I made the reservation. Fortunately, I could get the suitcase up the stairs but in a few years that is not going to be the case. After we stayed, I mentioned this to the owner, and she texted me indicating that the issue was mentioned in the description of the property. I reviewed all my emails and that was never mentioned. I even tried to rebook the property and still could not find the information that going up stairs was required to reach the apartment. Also, the owner, Red Awing, was very secretive about the property until fourt days before arrival.
