We love Spring Hill Suites hotels and have a stayed in various locations many times. Neighborhood appeared nice and facility was clean and spacious.

Upon arrival, I was locked out of glass foyer doors, at the moment, for an unknown reason. A man, who I thought might be an employee, was standing by the entrance and when asking him how to open the doors, I realized he was on drugs. I waved to get the hotel staff attention to let me in. As soon as the doors opened, I signaled my husband, who was gathering our luggage, to hurry inside. As he approached the doors, the man lunged at him and swung a "club" at him, while making threats to my husband's life. We asked the front desk to call police, as we called as well. The front desk staff was nonchalant and gave us our key. Our key didn't work and when returning for another key, we asked if we could leave with a full refund. We didn't feel safe, as the man was still outside the building and police never arrived. As we checked out, another desk staff never said a word as we expressed our concerns and was very dismissive.

i like marriot hotels in general that’s why i always stay at your hotel.

I rated it a 7 for family, but I would rate it higher for a single traveler. The issue is the bathroom which has frosted glass doors. If you turn a light on for the bathroom in the middle of the night it lights up the entire room.

The location was great. The hotel is clean. It was quiet.

The bathroom is right in front of the beds and the door is frosted. They ran out of breakfast at 8am.

Great room, and great service - especially from the wonderful woman who served breakfast. She took the time to speak to everybody and grab their trash. It was clear that she was making an intentional investment to brighten people’s days!

Location was good. It was newer and pretty clean still. Loved they had laundry! We were close to the mountain to visit family. Workers were super friendly. Citrus plaza and mountain grove a block away.

Our pillows were small and super soft. Didn’t sleep to well fighting with those. We did ask for more but didn’t help much. Bed it self was great. Suggest bringing your own pillows

Housekeeping is not good at all They didn't supply towels like they said they would Toilets clog, and they won't help you out They hardly clean the rooms I don't smoke, and when I came back to the hotel one day, the bathroom smelled like smoke

The room was spotless. It was also personalized. Any staff member I saw greeted me, and not one of those forced “hello sir” voices.

The continental breakfast did not match that of other, similar properties. The fruit, cereal, breads, yogurt, milk, juice, etc was what I expected. The powdered eggs and turkey sausage lacked flavor.

breakfast food can be improved with a few selections. there is normally only one entree and one meat served besides yogurt & various cereals. also there is a cleaning schedule on your assigned rooms. if you ask housekeeping to clean the room & not on that scheduled day, they questioned why you want to clean the room. Trash should be remove Daily . shower & sink must also be cleaned daily.

It was fine. The employee managing the breakfast area was exceptionally good. She greeted each guest as if she was there only for them.
