Tür aufgemacht und sofort wohl und heimelig gefühlt! 😊 Das Bett war superbequem! Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher haben himmlisch geduftet!!! Bin jedes Mal mit einem Lächeln eingeschlafen! ☺️ Die Küche war ansich mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Geschirr, Gläser, Kräuter, etc. waren akkurat geschlichtet. Beeindruckend! 🙂 Alles war blitzblank sauber!!! Gutes Licht im Bad. Dusche hat ordentlich Wasserdruck.

Tolle, ruhige Lage (in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt). Tiefgaragenparkplatz inbegriffen.
Top W-Lan!!! Großes Fenster. Zwar kein umwerfender Ausblick (weil Innenhof), aber dafür Ruhe.
Hier kommt Jammern auf hohem Niveau:
Eine Mikrowelle (evtl. mit Backfunktion) wär von Vorteil (vor allem für längere Aufenthalte).
Der Badezimmerspiegel könnte ein paar Zentimeter tiefer hängen... (oder - für kleinere Personen - einen klappbaren Tritthocker zur Verfügung stellen).
Für ein 200%iges Wohlfühl-Gefühl wär ein flauschiger Teppich vor/neben dem Bett noch toll.

De ligging was echt perfect.
Wij zouden het aan iedereen aanraden !
Als wij dan een puntje moeten benoemen:
Er stond een mooie grote kledingkast ,waar je alles in op zou kunnen bergen.. maar omdat er weinig planken in de kast lagen bleef er een deel in de koffer. Hangertjes hadden er ook wat meer mogen zijn
Maar dit is wel echt het bedenken van een puntje want storend was het zeker niet!

Die Zimmer waren perfekt, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Tiefgarage vorhanden und zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten in der Stadt.

Kamer is klein maar fijn en ligt dicht bij het centrum. Ik was een beetje bang om last te gaan hebben van het naastgelegen treinstation, maar we hebben geen trein gehoord (terwijl we met de raam open sliepen) doordat je uitkijkt op een binnenplaats.
De bedden waren wat hard naar mijn mening. Dat was het enige minpunt

Instruções como ter acesso á chave, localizaçao do dispositivo , iluminação do local , não facilita a leitura do código.
Chave de dificil introdução na porta do quarto , na porta da rua funciona bem.
Em caso de problema devem ter um serviço no local que fale Ingles.

Good apartment, you can reach the Hauptbahnhof within 3 minutes. An excellent place to stay if you plan to visit Trier.

Close to everything but just far enough away to sleep without much noise. Apartment was well kept and the bed firm, just how I like it. Comparable to a 4 star hotel. Some decent dining options nearby and breakfast at Cafe Razen (recommended by the host) was great and just a 5 minute walk.
Not much! I would have liked a little guide or booklet on where to eat out but the host recommendations where really good.

Bed was super comfortable. The apartment was perfectly renovated, with lots of attention to detail. All the appliances were modern and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was nice, collaborative and provided very clear instructions. Free parking and very short walk to city center.

The apartment is a good one or possibly two night stay.
It's quite small but well furnished & decorated and most importantly has underground secure parking with a lift to the apartment.
It's about 10 mins pleasant walk to the Old Town mostly through a long park that marks where the old city walls were.
They asked for a "registration form" to be completed and left for presumably the cleaner to collect as there are no other staff
This form wanted full name, address, date of birth & passport details. There is no indication as to the purpose for collecting this and no indication as to how this information will be stored and what precautions will be taken to prevent unauthorised access.
I found this request extremely intrusive as this information would be a good start for identity theft & I suggest that you, like me, refuse to complete it.

Clear instructions for arrival and departure. A modern apartment, nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable, spacious wardrobe, lovely bathroom and comfy beds. We didn't use the cooking facilities but the kitchenette seemed to be well-equiped. Excellent location close to town centre and very near the station.
The underground parking entrance ramp is so steep downwards that it was impossible to negotiate it without scraping the bottom of our front bumper. The car park has very limited room for manoeuvre and there is a concrete support column in front of the parking space for the apartment we used. This made it very difficult to squeeze into the tiny parking space provided, even though our car is quite small (2019 Astra). Might be OK for a Fiat 500 or Smart car. Better still, come by train.
The apartment itself is in a very quiet location (no traffic noise), but other residents of the block kept me awake until gone 3am, slamming doors, talking noisily and banging things on the floor upstairs. Light sleepers might not like the amount of light let in through and around the side of the curtains (no shutters).

We liked the location. A quick walk from the town centre and basically right next to the train station/bus stop and a large supermarket. The room was clean and tidy and the instructions given to find the key were very helpful in what could have been a very confusing situation.
While the apartment itself was nice, the building was not and the cigarette smoke that filled the halls (I do not know why people think its ok to smoke in the halls) also moved into the room and made the space smell gross like cigarettes when we were trying to sleep.

Nothing. Extremely rude host who demanded I pay €100 in cash as a deposit. If I refused I wouldn’t be given the key of the apartment. Had to be walked to a cash point, reluctantly handed over the money, only for it to be handed straight back the next morning when we left. Never in all my booking on Booking.com have I encountered being asked for a cash deposit, despite already having paid for the apartment in advance. Location of the apartment is in a grubby area of Trier, although Trier itself is absolutely beautiful.

Very close to the train station which meant that we didn't have far to walk with our luggage.
There is an elevator , so no need to carry the luggage up the stairs.
There is no noise from the train station.
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the city center, for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

It's really comfortable. And it's 1 min from the train station and 5 min walking from Porta Nigra
The only thing that is less good is the check out time. The check out is the earliest I ever saw in a hotel or Airbnb. Normally it is at 11am and sometimes at 12pm. But I also didn't try to ask for a schedule change. But everything else was good and comfortable. The location is really good. The staff were always responsive and welcoming.
