clean rooms, and they clean them everyday, fresh towels and soap and shampoo only.

the Pool is not heated nor very cleaned. one thing they like saving money on energy that means they unplug the mini fridge, they don’t come over to inspect things before they give you the bedroom. so my son Place left over pizza in the “fridge” , next morning ate it and gave me one piece, by night fall he and I were sick to our stomach, food poisoning! when I go and check the fridge wasn’t working. making sounds but not working. we were on vacation excited to use the pool, never thinking on checking the fridge. in the middle of the night I ask for more toilet paper and towels, there was no one who could access those things, what I understood, it is locked somewhere and the person who is in charge at front desk can’t get them for the guests. I am beyond disappointed as it’s not cheap and advertised as a pleasant experience but has lots to improve.

I love the place, the stuff, the decoration, the pool, the silence, tranquility , very safe. The surroundings, very green and homly.The rooms with balcony are super !

-d been already a couple of times in this hotel, but the wifi is not very good and if you travel for work its difficult to solve some problems, also in the menu there are so little veggie options.

The hotel grounds are nicely developed and taken care of.

The staff is very friendly and willing. Restaurant is great value and the place is altogether very nice.

The pool is to shallow. That seemed weird for such a big hotel. And the room could use an A/C.

Breakfast was good for the money, not amazing but enough for us to continue our travels.

No A/C, rooms are very hot inside inspite outside being fresh.
