On arrival we was met by a very helpful lady who took us into the property and showed us around. She also went on to explain what's around the area, very helpful. The host has gone above and beyond in this property to make our stay perfect, fresh loaf of bread, butter , bottle of wine in fridge with beers aswel. Fresh milk, tea coffee sugar ect. The perfect place to stay in leighton.

Absolutely nothing.

Apartment was well equipped. Beer/wine and milk in the fridge on arrival was a very nice touch! Excellent central location. I was travelling for work so didn't do much exploring but there were pubs, shops etc in close walking distance. Although there's no designated parking I didn't struggle to find a free parking spot on the street after 5:30pm any night.

Firstly, the owner Leigh, is great. Very informative and easy to talk to. Excellent communication throughout. The property is very unique in its decor, furnishings and layout. The property is self contained, and everything is provided to meet one’s immediate and some ongoing needs. There’s also an extra special welcome surprise of wine and beer chilling in the fridge on arrival…..very much appreciated after a long journey. Crisp white linen on a very comfy bed, and fluffy white towels provided. The property is right in the centre of town, with easy access to (sensibly priced) public parking. Everything one could want is within easy walking distance, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc. In short, this accommodation is a little gem, great fun, comfortable, well equipped and totally unique. We loved it.

The property has 2 stairways. However, we knew this when we booked so was not a problem and it's not like they could have done anything about it, lol. It was ok for us.

Nice little flat in the centre of town. The flat has a quaint olde worlde feel about it, but with all mod cons such as modern TV's in the lounge and bedroom; microwave, hob and oven in the kitchen plus all kitchen utensils you're likely to need. General cleanliness was great, the shower was excellent, bed very comfortable, and parking very convenient. All in all we had a great stay and I'd recommend Old Town View if you're visiting the local area.

The only problem we had was locating the door to the property on arrival, which wasn't quite clear, but was found by exploring the alleyway at the rear of the premises.

It was a lovely quirky flat in a perfect central position. Everything u need for self catering. We will definitely stay again. Tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishing and lighting.

The stairs are steep to the bedroom, & only a small window to let in air on a hot night - pub noise at night & market traffic early, but we expected this, due to location.

Such a beautifully decorated flat, with wonderful character and right in the middle of town. Everything was clean and well kept and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook big or small meals. The host arrived promptly when calling upon arrival, handing over the keys and showing us around. Very helpful and only a phone call away should we need him throughout our stay.

Understandably, being an older building and in the centre of town with many restaurants and pubs around, it was a little noisy during Saturday evening/night. The flat has two very steep staircases which although fine for most may prove challenging to some. The bed is a little small for two adults.

A bijou gem. Full of character and charm. Highly recommended.

The host was super welcoming and helpful, the place was very central, clean and had all we needed.

We stayed at a weekend near to Christmas time and as it’s central there was quite some noise into the small house from the street below, however nothing a pair of earplugs couldn’t solve.

Luxury 5☆ Accommodation. Amazing Value The Host was friendly curtious and professional. Left wine, Beer, Milk, Bread, Tea, Coffee All complementary. So impressed we stayed for the weekend too. We asked about festival availability but was booked. You will not find better accommodation at such a bargain price

Self contained apartment with a lot of character. Has every thing you might need and convenient store opposite.

Finding the light switch at night while navigating stairs at night. Fine once you get used to the layout.
