The view was great. The studio was very clean and well equipped.would stay again for sure

The property had the most amazing views. I really enjoyed the sunrises. It was spotless, comfortable and we loved our stay at Flaxman.

all was awesome- had sore backs from the bed on second night- but this could be an us issue

The apartment was very light filled and nicely furnished. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The kitchen had ample crockery, cutlery and glassware etc. The location is great and the views are just lovely. The air conditioner worked well.

The freezer was extremely iced up, to the point where it would not keep our food or ice bricks frozen. And the ice was dripping onto the shelf beneath. The tall bottle shelf in the fridge door could not be used due to the retaining bar missing which severely reduced food capacity for an already very small fridge. The coffee machine was dirty and still had a used pod in the receptacle and the cutlery drawer had crumbs in it.

Location, access, space, practical and well equipped kitchen. The unit was very spacious with lots of light, siting and dining areas which made our 4 day stay very pleasant.

It would have been great if some bed-side lamps were available.

This was the perfect base for our stay in Port Lincoln. Flaxman studio is a very comfortable and spacious studio/apartment with a well equipped kitchen, comfy lounges and bed. We enjoyed the views of Boston Bay and all the little extras including herbal tea!!!

The only improvement I could suggest is a dish drainer.

This is an amazing studio apartment. Its light ,airy and has awesome views across the Port Lincoln harbour. Its an easy drive from town where you can pick up supplies for an extended stay or pop in to a restaurant for meals. The kitchen is well appointed, comfy lounge and bed. The location is quiet and a perfect place to just chill.

The bed the view the pillows were great it was relaxing.

The air conditioner rattled bathroom was a little small. The TV would have been better on the opposite wall so that you can take in the view at the same time.

View and comfort, Owners were lovely, kids were quiet.

We were made to feel very welcome and the studio was a lovely place to come 'home' to.

It is a quiet area and has a beautiful garden and view.

The hot water runs out quick.
