Excellent location near the beach and close to the town centre. Great views from the terrace looking out to the sea. Beds were very comfortable with good bed linen. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms although could have done with two showers.

The house especially the kitchen wasn’t as clean as we expected. The cooker was greasy, dirty pots, pans and utensils. It was a great shame as the general lack of cleanliness spoilt an otherwise lovely house.

Too expensive for what it is. It’s a bit shabby, and not that comfortable. Could do with a deep clean in the kitchen particularly.

Brilliant location - less than 100 yards from the sea, walking distance to everything - restaurants, cafes, food shop, bars. Road side parking permits provided - a much appreciated service that helped to make the stay stress-free. The roof terrace was a welcome resource providing wonderful views of the coastline. Host very communicative and efficient. Worthing very buzzy and friendly.

Standard of cleanliness was not good but some issues addressed very quickly when host was made aware. Stairs steep and very narrow - not suitable for toddlers. Public car park a nightmare (24hr charge and only able to book a maximum of 4hrs at a time) but didn’t have to use it after all thanks to the host!

Very roomy with modern rooms and furnishings. Everything was thought of from high chair to ironing board and iron. Also very close to all amenities was able to walk to restaurants in the centre. I booked so that all the Manchester family could spend time with our son and grandson who live nearby in Shoreham.

I honestly can’t think of any negatives, we had a wonderful holiday and would love to stay there again but it would be dependent on price as this was an exceptional year due to covid.

Lovely house, in a great area. The house is well equipped and the rooms a good size. The location is great, seconds from the beach and a very short walk into Worthing.
