It was clean. The cleaning staff was great.

The receptionist named Marwa, that worked night shifts, was by the pool on her personal phone every time we needed to speak to someone. I had to look for her because the reception desk would be empty. I would find her by the pool talking to her friend on the phone, she would see me, come to the reception desk looking pissed, and she would dismiss my problem (non functioning safety box), act unprofessional, and talk to me while also speaking on the phone. The lack of professionalism felt surreal. Her attitude was despicable as well. That receptionist is the reason my family, friends and I, won’t be back at radisson. We will go for mirapalace or mercure 100%

Le petit dejeuner etait varié et riche

La propreté, il y avait de la poussière/araignés dans des coins de la chambre et dans les toillettes publiques La plage privée n est pas propre, bcp des ordures à coté et dans le sable La musique était forte jusqu au 2h, 4h00 ce qui deranger le sommeil

Une très mauvaise hygiène "j'ai trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain et une mouche dans le buffet. Après avoir parlé au personnel ils m'ont confirmé que ça leur arrive souvent. L'hôtel est déjà réputé pour des cas d'intoxication alimentaire. Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un Hotel 5 étoile. Les équipements sont mal entretenu. La nourriture est du surgelé. Les chambres ne correspond pas au descriptif au annonce au niveau de la taille et équipement.

It was the perfect place to go to with your family, very respectful people. I loved that it was by the beach and it was a very safe place, my kids enjoyed the stay so much. It was a very beautiful resort with amazing views from the rooms and a great amount of greenery.

Our room was really nice, little balcony with nice view on greenery around. The animation for kids in the evenings were super cool and staff really was taking care about each child. Pool is great for small kids as well, we spent there 2 days and kids didn’t leave the pool for 2 days )

Was trying to go to the restaurant instead of buffet, but told that needed to book a day before. There should be more options for food for those who doesn’t want to have buffet as location is far from the restaurants of the city

The service is really bad , there is a responsible there who treated us like slaves because they knew we have booked only one night. in addition to this , they scammed us by telling us the “all inclusive badge give us access to penthouse bar for free” but when we ordered some drinks we were surprised by a bill that we need to pay. They are real scammers and be careful from consuming any drink or meal without making sure it s included in your badge.

I liked the location of the hotel and the architecture that made it look like a small town rather than just one building. Also, The staff was very nice and welcoming during the stay. Not to mention the quality of food was just exceptional.

I mean what's not like? Everything was great. I'd like just to suggest rather than "I don't like" to include a transportation service since the hotel is located outside of El Hoceïma or any transportation point. Yest they offer to call a taxi for 150 Mad but I've seen other hotels include their own transportation service and it's so much better and comfortable.

Very welcoming staff, family friendly ambiance with great animation, food was great and so were the drinks, amenities were also very good Went there for a weekend and the staff was very warm, and even prepared a free birthday cake for us (as a surprise requested by our family) with the surprise reveal, it made our weekend so special!
